Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Spokane River

Dani's house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in yard was perfect for my dogs! There is plenty of room for easy parking just outside the back gate in the alley. We hope to stay again!

Kadra was a wonderful host! This place was one of a kind and we really enjoyed it. Had a minor issue at check-in which was handled immediately and professionally. Tons of room to spread out for our family. Decor was fun and tasteful. Great neighborhood pub (kid-friendly) half a block away. Hope to stay here again - thank you Kadra!

Our group had such a wonderful stay! It was a beautiful and clean house. We felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. 10/10 recommend this place for family and friends to stay at.

If we could give 6 stars for this we would. Everything that Lisa said was true. We had a family reunion/graduation with several of our children and 4 young grandchildren and they loved the toys and activities that were provided and the playground across the street. The moms loved it as well and were so pleased with the baby equipment that was included. We asked if we could come in early to put away groceries and Lisa was super accomadationg. It was one of the best Airbnb's we were at for what our needs were. Lisa goes above and beyond to be sensitive to her guests needs. Thankyou Lisa!!!

What a gem! It’s really amazing to stay in a place where such a beautiful lake view just surrounds you! It’s new, and the design really does feel luxury. Jackie and her husband were great hosts and had plenty of local recs, including for dog-friendly places. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was just over a quarter mile to some great restaurants in the lively Perry district. We enjoyed their farmers market and had some of the best cherries ever. It was a nice area to walk our dog in and the back yard was a good place for her to run around in. Super easy to get to downtown and we hit it on their big downtown art show which was super cool. The house really met our needs, fully stocked with everything we needed. We are ready to go back!

Great place, as described. Even had some small snacks, coffee pods & laundry soap which was nice! Hardly any check out procedures to follow makes this place a star for us 🌟 easy breezy!!! We will definitely return. We also liked the tv feature which allows you to select your checkout date and automatically logs you out of any apps (Netflix, etc) which I haven’t seen before. Cool! We did not encounter any issues during this stay.

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

The cabin was rustic, cozy, and secluded at the top of the hill which we loved! The check in process was a breeze and staff at the campsite were super friendly. Perfect distance from town too. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay here.

My husband and I loved our stay at Lynda's place! She was friendly, accommodating and the best communicator. Everything was as described. With all that's offered in her safe private community, you feel like you're in a resort. Community Pool and Hot Tub, access to the beautiful Lake and lots of paved areas for a long walk. The town of Sandpoint is so relaxing and peaceful with lots to explore there, as well as surrounding areas. Wonderful visit!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

This was the second time staying here. The entertainment center downstairs is awesome as is having a backyard with picnic table and BBQ. The kitchen is so well stocked. There is everything you need to feel right at home. We’ll be back next year!

This is our second stay; one over New Years and one in late June…both were great times of the year to vacation here. We come with large family groups and having the flexibility to retreat to our own facility at the end of every day or midday for naps was ideal! Thank you for having us, we will be back again!

Was a great place to stay

This place was absolutely lovely! Very responsive / helpful host. Everything was super clean and comfortable with great amenities. Traveling with a dog is not always easy but they had baby gates for the deck to keep her contained while we were hanging out outside. The “doggy basket” containing baggies, towels and a blanket was unexpected and so nice! We enjoyed our time sitting on the chairs in the creek. Very peaceful and secluded but still close enough to town. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back in the future!

Allen’s place is exactly what I love about Airbnb—those one-of-a-kind stays that offer something you’d never find at a typical hotel. Tucked away like a little oasis in a city that has completely transformed around it, the home reminded me of the movie Up. It felt like a hidden gem. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the guinea fowl wandering the yard, and the garden bursting with flowers—my mother-in-law enjoyed taking close-up photos of the blooms. Allen also shared thoughtful touches like family history in a photo album and a binder, which made the experience feel even more personal. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This was a great property. The house is a historic property and has been nicely renovated with a modern/clean bathroom and kitchen. The windows are new (open easily) and each of the main areas has AC. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable and the street was very quiet with no street noise. The livingroom furniture was also comfortable. We enjoyed the walkability of this location and proximity to Kendall Yards, the Centennial Trail, and Riverfront Park.

House was in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to some entertainment and close driving distance to other stores. The milkshake place nearby was good and Angie’s taco truck would be parked just at the end of the street. The house layout was perfect for our group. Our kids stayed at the bottom with their papa and thought of it as “his house.” Lots of space in backyard for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with basic spices and necessities.

This is a great place with convenient access to restaurants and entertainment in Spokane. The neighborhood is lovely and the room private and well appointed. This would be a good location for a business traveler tired of hotel lodging. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay for the weekend. Teenage kids had lots of things to entertain them… Pool, darts, ping-pong, home theater…. And plenty of space and bathroom space for all of us. Upgraded amenities… Like staying in a really nice hotel only better! Would definitely stay here again for the house, the neighborhood, and the location.
