Very nice and well-maintained apartment. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Quiet village with lovely beaches nearby. The only flaw was that the key to the front door didn't work well. Maybe a little WD 40 or other mineral oil for windows is enough.

I recently stayed at this delightful villa in Pilos, Messinia, and it was a wonderful experience. The villa, tucked away in a peaceful area, offers a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Greek countryside. Accommodation: The villa is well-maintained and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with its 3 spacious bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with a blend of traditional and modern touches, making it feel both cozy and stylish. The two bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable. The villa’s location is ideal for those wanting to explore the region. Pilos, with its charming cafes, restaurants, and shops, is just a short drive away. The beaches in the area are stunning and easily accessible, making day trips a breeze. Additionally, the historical sites nearby, such as the Palace of Nestor, are fascinating and add a cultural dimension to the stay.

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Fabulous villa with wonderful terrace overlooking the clean sandy beach and inviting sea. Very comfortable furnishings and beds, immaculately clean and tidy. A stylish retreat that will linger in the memory. Slightly more difficult to find than expected, but easy once you know how. Great food options in both Finikounda (Elena) and Methoni (To Kastro, Klimataria, Sapientza), but you need a car to reach them.

An Unforgettable Stay at Sunrise Loft Pilos A heartfelt thank you to Nikos and Fofi for making our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, comfortable, and completely at home. Not just once, but twice, Nikos surprised us with delicious homemade treats—baklava and the most amazing brioche, lovingly made by Fofi. Their warmth and hospitality were unlike anything we've experienced before. Fofi even spoiled my daughter and her soon-to-arrive baby girl with beautiful gifts from her charming store, Bambino Studio. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. Sunrise Loft Pilos has been the best stay we’ve ever had—not just because of the lovely accommodation, but because of the people behind it. Nikos and Fofi are truly caring, friendly, and generous hosts who treat their guests like family. Pilos itself is a beautiful little town, and we can't wait to return. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying with them again.

What a spot of heaven. This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. 25 paces from the crystal clear sea, your own private beach shade, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great Aircon, lovely shady areas in the garden and all a beach stroll away from beach bars and great tavernas. We never normally go back to the same place twice but we already know we'll be back again and again and again. Flawless.

A cute little apartment with beautiful panoramic views of Navarino Bay. Matches the description in every way, good hospitality. Very good wifi (living room, terrace), except in the bedroom where it is more capricious. The pool is very nice (unheated). The surroundings are beautiful, both from a seaside point of view and for the historical sites to visit.

The apartment was as described, right on the beach, two steps away. The verandah looked out across the beautiful bay on Foinikounda, we couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and we would come straight from the beach (where the sun beds are free) to the apartment to make a Greek salad for lunch, it was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The local supermarket was large and well stocked for everything you need for a self catering holiday and the numerous local restaurants provided a good choice for evening meal (Elena was our favourite). Parking was nearby the apartment and again, free. Panagiotis was a great host, always responsive to questions etc and we had zero problems. All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you Panagiotis!
