We loved staying in the cosy house! It was our spetses home for the last ten days with everything we needed and made our holiday even more magical. The terrace is beautiful and the house has everything you need. Our hosts were very helpful and made our stay a total pleasure. We will definitely be back!

Elena's place is perfectly located. Easy walk to tavernas, cafe's restaurants, the harbour, and shops etc. The house itself is very rustic and homely, with basic facilities. It has a wonderful balcony with harbour views. Elena was very responsive and helpful, as was her mum who lived next door. If you want an authentic Greek experience I highly recommend this listing.

This was our second time at Dafni’s place and we hope to return next year. Dafni couldn’t have been more responsive to our needs and questions. The apartment is a gem with a fantastic view. We love it there!

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))

Nice house with all the amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to an amazing beach and nice garden to spent some quality and relaxing time. Will book it again easily. Also the host was available whenever we want her and she was very helpful.

Small summer cottage in the old Greek style, very charming. Corresponds to the photos. We felt right at home. Very wide, comfortable bed; very well equipped kitchen where not only oil, vinegar, salt, spices were available, but fruit, water, milk, juice, honey, jam, butter, cheese and many more food for the whole six days we had booked. Babis was also very hospitable: he picked us up at the harbor at 9pm in the evening to take our heavy luggage to the accommodation with his motorcycle. The only minus: the street just above the cottage is very busy with motorcycles, so we had to close the bedroom window at night.

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was wonderful!

Villa Anna is everything you read in the great reviews and more. The house has everything you might need, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. The view is amazing with balconies and terrace all around. I enjoyed immensely sitting in the winter sun and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The hosts were super helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to be back someday.

Maria and her mother Aliki were great hosts, very communicative and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartment was on top of a hill with an amazing view and a great swimming pool. Clean, with all the amenities and a nice yard to chill. It's a 8-10 minute walk from the port, very close. There is a bit of a steep uphill to get to the apartment if you go by foot, but hey, you can't get this view any other way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks

We loved our stay at Melivea resort. The flats are spacious and beautiful, and very well stocked. We were travelling with a baby and found the accommodation was extremely child friendly, only 10 or so steps from sea to door. Niovi and her team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back to Spetses and returning to Melivea resort!

The Xenon Villas is a great place to say. The villas in the compound are very spacious and the views surrounding the compound are breathtaking. The outside pool area is really second to none and is perfect for large groups. Alex is a fantastic host as he is always happy to go the extra mile - he personally helped us with all of our travel arrangements to and from the island as well as on the island. I suggest you arrange to rent quad or electric bikes or scooters - there are very few cars on the island and taxis are scarce. Very good amenities on site and there are staff available at all times should there be anything you need to point out or request. Good to note that the kitchen fridge will be filled with basics for your arrival - this really was a pleasant surprise after a long day’s travel and shows the hosts consideration for his guests. I found this to be rare to find in hotels, let alone an Airbnb! Overall, this was a great experience and a highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. Amazing quiet house in a small village of the Argolida region. Beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes, many interesting areas to explore and great food! Geoffrey gave us the best local tips and was always on top of the communication. Elena the neighbor was amazing! Would reccomend without hesitation :)

Wonderful place! We had a great time! The house is absolutely beautiful - it is very nicely done, has everything you need, is clean, spacious and has amazing terraces on two sides. The pool is small, but very nice. And the views to the sea are simply stunning! We stayed with 4 people and loved how remote the house was - just felt like we had the place to ourselves but could still walk to the beach in 15 min. You definitely need a car to stay there, but with that it is easy to get to the nearby towns. The host was very responsive and friendly. Can only highly recommend- will definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Villa Anel was a wonderful home in Spetses. Fantastic location and close to the port. It was very easy to walk into town daily. The hosts were very responsive and helped with luggage transfers to the port. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anel while in Spetses!

A little paradise tucked away by the water. Beautiful place inside and out. Very airy with great light and views of the water at every angle. Absolutely loved staying here- wish we could have stayed much longer. Will definitely be staying here again. Niko was the perfect host. Extremely kind, friendly, responsive and offered the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt like we were home. Simply amazing.
