Vacation rentals with breakfast in Spetses

We zijn 3 nachten te gast geweest bij Evagelos. Het was echt super! We zouden 2 nachten blijven, maar we vonden het hier zo fijn dat we nog een nacht blijven. De tiny villa is zeer smaakvol ingericht. Alles is aanwezig, er kan ook worden gekookt. Het terrein waar de villa staat is echt prachtig, je voelt je er direkt thuis, Het zwembad is ook prachtig, met ligbedden er naast en zelfs in het water. Zowel voor het zwembad als de villa zijn prachtige materialen gebruikt. Het is ook overal brandschoon. Evagelos is een heel aardige gastheer die je je zeker laat thuis voelen, terwijl er wel veel privacy is. Nafplio is niet heel ver weg en is een heel sfeervolle stad. Ik zou niet weten wat op deze plaats beter zou kunnen, het is zonder overdrijven echt een top plek om te verblijven!

Η Μαρία ήταν πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα! Η κουζίνα είχε τα πάντα ακόμα και υλικά για πρωινό! Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά για την επίσκεψη μας στο Ναύπλιο

What a lovely apartment which is newly renovated and with lovely decor without much clutter! We loved living like a local in a lovely Greek neighborhood! The apartment was 14 min walkable to the old town and it was great to be able to get out in and out of the touristy bustle! Also walkable to a lovely local beach! Lots of treats and great amenities. Lovely hosts who are helpful and always responsive. I would highly recommend!

Dès que Nikolaos nous a ouvert la porte nous avons dit “Wow”! Cet appartement neuf est décoré avec goût et est d’une propreté immaculée! Nous avons tout aimé de ce nid douillet!!! Confort, tranquillité, équipement de qualité , matelas très confortable, literie ultra douce et la magnifique terrasse avec chaises longues et table à déjeuner offrant une vue imprenable sur la forteresse et la baie. Pour terminer, soulignons la gentillesse de la maman de Nikolaos avec ses petites attentions que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous le recommandons chaudement.

Ευγενέστατος και επικοινωνιακός ο Κώστας , πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ο,τι του ζητήσαμε. Το σπίτι πολύ καθαρό ,λειτουργικό και τα παιδιά ενθουσιάστηκαν με τους χώρους και την αυλή. Στα συν :το ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ-καθώς είναι δυσεύρετο στο χωριό. Κώστα σ ´ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία σου. Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

Logement pratique à proximité de la vieille ville de Nauplie. Des places sont disponibles pour garer son véhicule dans la rue adjacente. Sortie de la ville facile également. Réservation faite au dernier moment, Nickoletta a été très réactive et disponible.

We had an amazing 4 week stay at Dimitris’s family loft apartment. Great location, easy walk to the old town, local bars and restaurants, the closest coffee bar less than 2 mins walk. Easy to park outside - we had a hire car and our camper with us. The description is accurate and the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The front terrace is a lovely place to end the day watching the sun drop and Palamidi castle illuminate in the evening sky. Dimitris is a great host, excellent communications and always available to reply to messages and questions. Highly recommend this place to enjoy beautiful Nafplio. Before we left, we booked to go back again in December…. can’t wait to get back.

Very wonderful place with the best staff on the island, near a small beach with crystal clear water, Kostas and his staff helps you with everything. P.s. The best mousaka that exists on earth 👌🏻 All the best to them!

This apartment had lots of space and was a great location! It was a little tough to understand the meeting place. The host helped us through it. Once we found each other it was well worth it! The directions were "follow the road to Arvanitia beach, continue right after Arvanitia's parking, following the signs for Nafplio Palace Hotel and Villas and use the parking there (it is under an old building/hotel)." The parking is NOT at the Nafplio Palace Hotel and Villas. A better description would be to "follow the road to Arvanitia beach. Continue to the right after Arvanitia's parking up the steep hill. Use the first public parking area you come to next to an old abandoned building/hotel."

Reta n’a pas pu nous accueillir mais sa mère s’est déplacée et nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse extrême. L’appartement est spacieux et très agréable, notamment sa terrasse, et Reta n’a pas manqué de petites attentions, que nous avons adoré, et nous a donné des adresses locales très sympathiques. À recommander.

We verbleven 4 nachten en sliepen lekker. Je kunt naar het centrum lopen. Boodschappen in de buurt. Genoten van het terras. Helaas was onze dochter ziek en hebben we niet alle plannen kunnen uitvoeren.

Appartement très bien placé et bien agencé. Très propre. Il est situé près des commerces et des restaurants. La propriétaire est très réactive et adorable.

η περιγραφη ταίριαζε απόλυτα καθαρό και περιποιημενο ότι πρεπει για μια οικογένεια των 4 όπως εμείς πολυ κοντά η παραλία και εστιατόρια και οργανωμένη παραλια ο Αντρέας είναι ένας εξαιρετικά ευέλικτος και βοηθητικος οικοδεσπότης παντοτε διαθέσιμος και απαντά άμεσα ευχαριστουμε πολυ

Η Nathalie και ο Eric είναι πολύ φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί, μας έδωσαν πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαιτούμενα (ακόμα και extra οδοντόβουρτσες, μπουρνούζια κτλ). Το σπίτι και ο γύρω χώρος είναι πολύ προσεγμένα, περιποιημένα και με αισθητική. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, με φρέσκα σπιτικά προιόντα (μαρμελάδες, φρούτα, κρέπες κτλ). Τα σκυλάκια ήταν πολύ ήσυχα, χαδιάρικα, φιλικά και καθόλου ενοχλητικά. Σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία και θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Ηταν ολα εξαιρετικά!πεντακαθαρο δωματιο! Ο Ερικ και η Ναταλι ειναι εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσποτες!πολυ ωραιο το πρωινο που ετοιμάζει η Ναταλι!σιγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανα!Σας ευχαριστουμε πολυ για ολα! 😍

We stayed at a groundfloor apt. Absolutely renovated, comfort and clean! These rooms have a lovely yard and it is so nice to take your breakfast, relaxing, watching the sea. We love Julie's place and we hope to visit it again! Thanks Julie!!

Από την πρώτη στιγμή αισθανθήκαμε άνετα σαν στο σπίτι μας, λόγω της ευγένειας και εγκαρδιότητας της Νάταλι και του Έρικ. Μας υποδέχτηκαν, έπειτα από το ζεστό ταξίδι μας, με παγωμένους χειροποίητους χυμούς που απολαύσαμε στην πισίνα με θέα τη φύση. Αντίστοιχα το πρωινό ήταν εκπληκτικό με νόστιμες και ολόφρεσκες επιλογές, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και η τοποθεσία ειδυλλιακή. Η φιλοξενία τους ήταν εξαιρετική και το ενδιαφέρον τους προς εμάς πηγαίο! Αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα ατυχές συμβάν καθώς το αυτοκίνητο μας χάλασε στα μισά του δρόμου προς το θέατρο της Επιδαυρου και ο Έρικ αμέσως προθυμοποιήθηκε να μας πάει απαλλάσσοντας μας από το στρες και την ταλαιπωρία. Τα τρία σκυλάκια τους ήταν η γλυκια νότα της διαμονής μας καθώς ήταν πολύ φιλικά και ήσυχα! Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και διαμονή, σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά! A bientôt!
