The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Altstadt für Alleinreisende, Freunde und Familie. Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. The access to the property leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 15-minute walk

Enjoy a few relaxing days in the Appenzellerland. The vacation apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in the sunny Rehetobel. The apartment has a small but fully equipped kitchen and a double bed. A small TV and Wi-Fi are also available. The outdoor seating area is equipped with a small garden table and a fireplace. Rehetobel is easily accessible by public transport, the apartment is in the middle of the village.

This apartment boasts stylish furnishings, modern study and luxurious bathroom. In this feel-good oasis, there is an exclusive hot tub and a shower, which can also be used as a steam sauna. The microwave and coffee machine in the kitchen are sometimes used by our notary on weekdays (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). The apartment can be entered directly from the private underground car park - where a parking space is available free of charge.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
