House vacation rentals in Spanish Wells

Location, Location, Location. Unreal. The house is dated and needs work, the power goes out sometimes and you might lose hot water. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this isn't it, but if you want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommend it. The access to the water, sound of the atlantic ocean crashing in the background and beautiful wildlife all around you. We will return. Brenda was a great host and made it her job to ensure we had a great time.

This house was perfect for my short stay. It was very clean and an comfortable for the group of people there. The pool was a nice way to cool off in the afternoon and the decks around the house were also an added touch for beautiful scenery and relaxation no matter what time of day. It is close to Gregory town which has some grocery stores and restaurants and beach’s are in driving distance.

Wonderful stay at Sugar Apple! The house is clean and spacious. Having the pool was nice at the end of the day! Close to many beaches and not far from governors harbour. Second time renting this home and won’t be our last!

The house was immaculate upon arrival. lots of space. wonderful central location, so it was easy get to the popular sights. The pool was a welcome sight after the hots days.

Paradise! We visited Eleuthera 3 years ago and spent the day at Rainbow Beach. All day we admired the Sayle Point House. We were so excited that it was available when we planned our next trip. There is new construction, but I believe you will still feel like you're on you're own private island. We visited a few spots and kept coming back to the house thinking why did we venture out. We enjoyed our morning walks around the property and it provided amazing snorkeling opportunities in the backyard. We hope to visit again soon!

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

The location was incredible and the view was outstanding. Private pool and grotto, bedrooms spread out for privacy, all appliances and grill to cook in-house, large dining room table, walk around deck, lots of windows to look at the beautiful blue green seas, helpful staff, and plenty of outdoor seating. Great beachfront restaurants nearby for the occasional meal out. Roads were in good condition. Helpful information on the island and property received in advance.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were very helpful and flexible with our check in and check out. The house was perfect for multiple families staying together. Very clean with beautiful coastal decor. We also did a boat tour with Tyman Charters which I highly recommend. We spent an awesome day on the water and Captain Tyman did an outstanding job taking care of us and serving us delicious lunch. Thank you for your kindness April and Tyman! We hope to be back soon!

Everything was just awesome. Great place just far away from things it was very quiet but just a short cart ride away was the entire island. Great host always answered all my questions without hesitation. Look forward to booking again soon!!!

Amazing week at Spanish Shores. Location, view, beach, pristine water, amenities. Kalina and Spanish wells realty team were very responsive. Helped with coordination in and out of island which was very much appreciated. The people of Spanish Wells/Russell Island were lovely. The upstairs bedroom space was perfect for our son and his college friends, making it a bit separate for sleeping which was great. Downstairs bedrooms were great, and kitchen had everything we needed. From the paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, outdoor shower, incredible beach and views... we will absolutely come back and stay there.

A nice quiet area and. Comfortable space for the 6 of us.

Everything was perfect about this vacation! The people are very friendly, great fishing, great snorkeling, beautiful white sand, beaches, fabulous, restaurants, and Kalina was very responsive and gave Amazing suggestions and was there for anything that we needed. She made my vacation very easy with transportation and any accommodations we needed.

Island Vibe was a great location in Russell Island. It was just a few streets down from the bridge to Spanish Wells. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked! A golf cart was waiting for us when we got off the water taxi as well as Audrey (caretaker) who pointed information about the island. We enjoyed the paddle boards and all the beach equipment. A friendly reminder that $200 is due when you check in for cleaning fee, also it maybe helpful to pay cart rental upon arrival-they kept missing us as we were always out enjoying the beaches. Carole was a great communicator when we had questions. Great trip and hope to be back soon!

We had the pleasure in staying at the SeaBlue house. Place was in a great location and we had a struggle getting there from FL we ended up being 4 days overdue to check in cause of airplane delays. Marvin was great about understanding and kept checking in with me. As I kept him informed on our travels. I did have questions on other things and he was polite enough to give me some answers. We would definitely rent from Marvin again we ended up extending our trip 3 days and he offered us another place to stay because our rental for the Sea blue had expired. The other rental was just as nice. Thanks you Marvin.

Great experience at Mark's place in Spanish Wells! It was our first time in Spanish Wells and we loved it. Mark's place is a FOUR bedroom, with two beds in one of the bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Mark's place was well stocked with good pans and silverware, as well as beach chairs. Location on 12th St was ideal, since we found the beach around 12th St to be the best area on the island, perfectly located on the sandbar. AC worked perfectly all weekend. Hope to be back soon!

We have returned to Deborah’s place three times and it is exceptional. All of our needs and expectations were met and Deborah communicated with us regularly. She was very responsive and has a local couple who are also helpful. We will return.

Sara was a gracious host. Her house was exactly as she described. It had everything needed for a fun day at the beach- chairs, umbrella, floats and coolers. She accommodated the change in my travel schedule and also allowed an early check in. We had a fantastic 18 night stay. This property is highly recommended, and I anticipate a stay in 2026.

This is our 2nd visit to Geaux Fish. We love how cozy and quaint this home is. The location is perfect - a couple minutes from the beach; is close to local restaurants. It’s quiet and clean and really feels like home away from home. Josh’s response time to messages is wonderful too. Spanish Wells is heaven on earth and we’re so happy we found Josh’s place to make the visit even better. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us, Josh and Leigh. So looking forward to 2026!

Marvin's home was amazing! Tons of space for our group of 8. Every couple had their own private space and bathrooms along with large shared spaces. Tons of beach inflatables and chairs to choose from and the full bathroom plus fridge at the beach cabana were the perfect thing to top off this amazing location. Our whole group enjoyed how calm the beaches were on the side Marvin's house was on and how it was easy to get to anywhere on the island

Torin was outstanding. Very helpful setting up the shuttle and a golf cart for us. Gave great recommendations on restaurants and advised us to join a fb page for Spanish Wells which was very helpful, especially since I needed a walk-in clinic for a sinus infection. Definitely recommend this place if you want something peaceful and able to walk right out into the water.
