Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Spanish Fork

This was a great place for my cousin and I visiting friends! The place was actually a lot bigger than the pictures made it look! Diane was always super helpful and responsive when it came to any questions or concerns we had. The power went out briefly at one point and she brought us a flashlight and candles. Diane is a great host!

The home was cute and neat. Weston communicated quickly and effectively. The kids loved the games outside and enjoyed looking at all the nature outside. Weston even told ny kids about the secret fairy door, which the kids loved searching for and it made their day! Great little place!

Great place! So thankful to be able to stay here. Room for all the family, clean, and comfortable! Only thing Cory should know about is the hair dryer in the bathroom on main floor doesn’t work and even had smoke come out when turned on. The gold hairdryer only blows cold air. Just something they should know about. But loved staying here! Thank you.

This place was amazing overall 5/5 !! Stores are close by for any needs!! Only down side was the freezer from the fridge wasnt cold enough to keep things cold but no biggie definitely would book again !!

Such a beautiful place! So clean and organized, KateLyn had so many amenities for us and was very accommodating. If we ever go back to Provo there is no doubt we would stay here! 10 out of 10 experience😊

We stayed here with 5 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, a master bath, a main bath, and a half bath. Everyone had their own space. The whole place is quite large. The kitchen is big and well stocked with dishes etc. The fridge is HUGE!! Has a kitchen bar top. Very nice deck with a super sun shade. Close to a grocery store and a Walmart for the stuff we always forget to bring. I would absolutely stay here again. The 2 queen beds are pretty firm, we all slept very well. The whole place is just plain comfortable. Thank You!!!

Alyssa's home worked well for an overnight stay for our large group. Everything was clean and inviting.

John's House in Lake City is truly a 5 Star Airbnb. We enjoy cooking breakfast and small meals on our travel. Cookware and utensils are the best we have ever experienced at any Airbnb. Private place to safely secure our bicycles for the week was a bonus. John made us feel like family rather than guest at his place with recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, parks, etc.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

We had an incredible stay at Mindy's place. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Our favorite was the pickleball court. My entire family loved playing. After our matches, the spa was the perfect place to unwind and view the beautiful Utah mountains. The kid's favorite was the inground trampoline and playset. We wish we could have stayed longer to have a BBQ in the backyard and a smore's night by the fireplace. We will come back! The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The basement apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 6. Mindy was so helpful during our stay. Her husband is also a pickleball instructor; next time, we'll take some lessons. I highly recommend this Airbnb! It has something for everyone to enjoy. P.S. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant only 10 min away. Sol Agave. Check it out!

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Jameson & Mindy's place was just as described in the Airbnb details. We give it a 5 Star review with no hesitation! Everything was over our expectations, we loved the peaceful space, the wonderful spacious backyard, the use of the hot tub and the fire pit to roast smore's over our kids loved it! They had every luxury to offer, extra condiments in the cupboards, laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner were also provided. You can see the care in all the details they arrange for the visitors. Thanks so much for an amazing time and we will be looking to book again around September for another family reunion! Would recommend this precious gem of an airbnb to anyone!!

Really great condo right by the Jordanelle Reservoir, in a quiet, newly built neighborhood with lots of paved walkways, which were perfect for long strolls with my dog. You get peaceful, almost glamping-like vibes, but you’re still close enough to Heber or Park City to grab food or order DoorDash. The condo itself was super clean, nicely decorated, and felt really homey. Also, loved that it had a gated parking garage. Mark was super responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend - and check out Jade’s Café in Heber City for breakfast!

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

Love staying at The Retreat. Clean, quiet, convenient, and Barry is a fantastic host - very responsive. Close to everything we plan while in PC. Look forward to staying again.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the amenities were wonderful, and Bryan was super responsive and very kind. We would definitely come back again and again!

I enjoyed my month stay here. It’s a nice safe area and a 10 minute drive to downtown Park City and 35 minute drive to downtown SLC. Beautiful area and lots of great hikes. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy. The pullout couch was notably great! I loved the fireplace! If I’m back in the area, I’d definitely check to see if this is available!
