F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Nice stone house, 5 min ANGOULEME

My place is close to the city center, shops, Charente banks, parks. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids) . A private location, for car just in front of the house. I do not provide bed sheets and pillow cases, duvet and blankets are provided. 140x190 bed and 2 90x180 beds Possibility to provide sheets for 15 euros a bed, from 2 nights in the accommodation.July August no sheets

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
