In Provencal Drôme, on the edge of the charming village of Puy Saint Martin, "Chez Charles" welcomes you. Elegant detached house with private pool, stunning views of the valley and the stone village. You will have an equipped kitchen, a sitting area, a lounge area with views, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
