Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Meadowsweet Cottage is a traditional timber framed Grade II listed Suffolk cottage. It is one of the oldest dwellings in Metfield and has been carefully renovated to retain the original character of the building whilst providing comfort and abundant modern conveniences. Fisherman's cottage, just a stone's throw away from Kessingland's award winning beach, and not far from both Southwold and the Broads, is perfect for a Suffolk coastal break. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

This country cottage dates to 1880. It is on the outskirts of Wenhaston, 5 miles from the coast. It is a real escape to the country, overlooking Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve. With cows grazing and birds singing it seems idyllic. Lavender cottage sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, a king size master, double bedroom and single bedroom.
