The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

Thelma’s Place is a completely renovated 2 story house, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Located on a private lane with plenty of room to park, trucks, campers & atvs welcome. The home also has an animal/dog outside enclosure so your furry friends can play outside! (This is a shared dog yard from time to time with our golden doodles)
