Erik & Sarah’s place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. We wanted quiet, privacy, fun in the sun, convenience to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We had the pool to ourselves and we were thrilled to read our books, enjoy conversations, listen to our music and watch movies in the loft when we wanted a break from the sun. Us Moms got re-energized with this much needed trip away! Erik & Sarah were very friendly, and very available if we needed something! We felt at home away from home!

Cozy stay in a great location. Minutes away from plenty of establishments. Host was very friendly and welcoming, felt right at home.

My daughter and I stayed only one night unfortunately. It was a breeze for my first Airbnb stay. Donna was very responsive and clear about directions to her place and the three ring binder in the bedroom has all the info and instructions about your stay. Highly recommend staying here we will be back for a longer stay. Thank you.

Cary’s place was enchanting and brimming with New Mexican charm. We appreciated the historic aspect of her property as well as the secluded (and secure) location surrounded by trees. The casita was clean and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Checkin was simple and well explained by Cary. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We were thankful for the air conditioner since it was rather warm outside. The mornings were cool, perfect for enjoying a poolside cup of coffee. Cary was extremely responsive anytime I messaged her. One of my questions to her was to ask for permission to have guests join us at her pool. She was so kind to allow us to have our family members + a dog join us to enjoy her beautiful pool and hot tub. We thought the nightly rate was a great value. We will definitely be returning on future visits to the Santa Fe area!

Wonderful location on the river and the nicest host! The unit is small but worked perfectly for our family of 4 (+ 2 dogs). We had everything we needed, and Mary Ann was so helpful and responsive. It was a nice float on the river from the dam to the last exit (just long enough). The walk back to the house is doable but I’m glad we had someone to pick us up. One thing to note, all table/chair seating is outside on the patio. There were a couple times we wished there was a small table (even if just a bistro set) inside, but definitely not that big of a deal. We had a slight scare on our last night and had to call an ambulance. Mary Ann was so kind, helpful and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

I was moving to New Mexico to be closer to my daughter and it was quite a stressful drive and there was no better way to unwind after a 22 hour drive before my apartment was ready than stay here! I’m a huge hiker and their place is in the heart of the Sandias! Waking up to the mountains greeting you every morning with just the right amount of amenities was fantastic. I would book this again just for the heck of it (even though I live 20 minutes away) and will recommend it to all my Tennessee visitors who come in to ABQ. A true gem and perfect hosts. 10/10 and grateful for the experience! ~ Joshua

Jacquie was a wonderful host!! She was extremely responsive and helpful. She offered lots of recommendations and had a very detailed guidebook that listed anything we could want to know about the unit or about Colorado Springs. I appreciated her kindness and thorough hospitality. She truly cares about her guests!!! This place is clean, affordable, and carefully thought out. This place is absolutely worth the price for long or short stays! It has literally everything you could want or need - the hot tub was our favorite!!! My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Jacquie’s place and we’d definitely love to stay here again the next time we’re in Colorado Springs.

I stayed at this place because it was a mile from my daughter's home, whom I was visiting. So more than being very convenient the accommodations were perfect from the views to the comfort level it was everything I wanted. Kyle is first class. He was informative and professional but more than that has a warm heart and made me feel right at home. I will be returning often to Ned to visit my granddaughter, and this is the only place I will stay. I want to thank Kyle and his folks for making me feel so welcome.

A beautiful view. This is the best feature and wonderful to see from sun up to sun down. A simple but very comfortable and well-decorated space. Has everything you would need. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it. I would definitely consider staying again.

I was so happy to find this gem! My daughter will be attending UArk for the next 4 years so I hope to rebook frequently and often at Suzanne’s. In fact, I’ve already looked up additional dates to come back. Her spot was super quiet, bed was comfortable, and the whole place was squeaky clean. I can’t wait to come back and bike some trails next time I’m out for a visit!

Megan was a great host! She communicated well, the space was kiddo friendly and clean. The location is great, views are amazing from the patio! Nearby trails were awesome and popular attractions are close by. Would highly recommend!

The house was more than we could have wished for. It was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t get over the view. Keith was very responsive , left us a goodie basket and super helpful. Tips… don’t go at night. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we got in during the evening, and the drive at night can be a little overwhelming, the first time. After that, we enjoyed the drive and thought it was beautiful. I also suggest bringing an eye mask because the bedroom is very bright in the morning, but it’s also extremely pretty. We also loved the house cat- we missed our fur babies so we loved giving scritches.

Nicely appointed space in a great area with several nice dining options in walking distance, plus the Kauffman center just a couple blocks away. And Stephen was super responsive and helpful. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Powell’s Lake House! The property is absolutely beautiful. The location and amenities were exactly as described and the perfect weekend getaway for us! The apartment had plenty of space, was very clean and had new finishes and appliances! Mark was also very flexible with our schedule and attentive to our messages. We hope to be back again!!

This place was perfect for the night while we were in town for a softball tournament. Beth was extremely communicative- she was there when we needed her but also gave us our space. She left snacks for my kids and they thought it was the best thing in the world! Very comfy stay and the bees were the cherry on top!

This was my second visit with the property. I was able to upgrade my Airbnb and had more space. This time it was more like home and more spacious too. I felt more at home due to the amenities. The host Emily was more than a that. She is a very nice person and personable when accommodating me. I have a forever respect and feeling like my stay matters. The trip and time here was very special and peaceful. Thank you Emily, look forward to seeing you soon.

I cannot give enough praise for this incredibly comfortable and peaceful spot. I greatly enjoyed my time by the river on the property. The birds were especially talkative in the mornings, and that combined with the sound of the water over the rocks was everything my soul needed. The accommodations had everything we could possibly need for a stay, including coffee beans and access to laundry machines. The attention to details did not go unnoticed. I especially appreciated the tiered tray on the bathroom counter for toiletry items. Lesley’s recommendations for food and hiking were excellent, and we hope to make a trip back to enjoy more of them. In fact, as we were loading up to leave, the owner gave us a tour of the other Airbnbs on the property which were equally as spectacular and would be great if staying with a family larger group.

Julie’s place was a in a great quiet neighborhood. Very clean and had all the extra necessities you could ever need (including a washer and dryer).
