Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade and features beautiful landscaping. Dine and chat in the large covered area with a grill nearby. Enjoy the professionally cleaned hot tub! The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. The concrete floors, 9 foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture are stunning! The deep blue quartz pool sparkles with glass tile and a travertine surround. The landscaping is professional and tight. The light fixtures are salvaged cargo ships. The dining room table is hand crafted from a Currituck County oak tree. You have the whole house and yard. The house is 2 miles from my work and my house--I am available as needed to make sure you have super quick service and the best recommendations for enjoying your trip. The home is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just steps from the beach. Spend the day sunbathing by the waters before heading to downtown Duck for a great selection of dining and shopping as well as the lively waterfront boardwalk. There is parking by the beach access, parking by the sound-side marina, and parking in Duck. Please keep the outside lights off when not in use. The neighborhood is super safe and we minimize light pollution and insects by keeping exterior lighting to a minimum.
