Words can’t describe how incredible this home/property is! You have the option to just sit by the water or in the hammock watching the birds play and fish jump, or you can do one of the MANY activities Molly has provided for you. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pickleball, yards games, pool activities, etc are all provided. The family room is all windows so it not only provides the most incredible breeze- it is great for enjoying all the sights even if you’re not outside in it. Inside there are tons of toys for kids- you do not have to bring a thing if you have kids. They have inside toys, outside toys, kids life jackets, goggles, water balloons, rafts, floaties, pack and play…. Molly and her family have thought of it ALL. We are already talking about coming back. Molly was the best host- responsive, helpful and inviting.

Incredible weekend! Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.. ginger cookies, loaf of rustic bread, highchair for our 1yr old and even put out puzzles for our 4yr old! Layout was awesome with primary separated from other 2 bedrooms. Enjoyed waking up to the sun rising and beautiful river views. Beds were very comfortable and house was stocked with everything you need. The private beach and playground was perfect for the kiddos and we had a blast playing all day! Would give 10 stars if we could and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our second visit to this property and look forward to more visits. The view is exceptional as the house is on a bluff overlooking a wide river view. We sighted bald eagles, osprey, hummingbirds, cardinals and so many other birds while drinking coffee and enjoying slow mornings on the covered patio. We used the kayaks and canoe for trips to Sharktooth Island where we found many shark teeth, stingray teeth and beach glass. We enjoyed time around the outside fire pit making hot dogs, mountain pies and smores. The gas grill was useful to make cheeseburgers for dinner. The property is very secluded and private and is well suited for a family retreat. The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, playing games, reading books or watching movies. Additionally, the owner supplies linens (sheets, blankets, towels), paper products (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels), cleaning supplies and shower products. We definitely recommend this property!

I had a wonderful stay at 7 Elms. I had to come to the area for a work event in Gainesville, and my team and I decided to stay at this AirBNB. It was so lovely. Such a cool restoration of an old farmhouse, and the property was serene and wonderful. We didn't have time to explore the area, as we were working so much and long hours. the only thing I can speak to is the grocery store - and it had everything. We saw a bunch of wild animals during morning coffee time, and that was really special. I don't think I've actually ever seen groundhogs in person, and there's a hysterical duo that run the show. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

What a great place to stay and relax. Sitting with your feet in the sand , kayaking , crabbing and fishing . We will definitely boom again .

I’ve never had a nicer host. John had to help me through reservations because of some weird Airbnb accounts thing (two accounts??) but was so patient and was able to troubleshoot the problem. What a lovely spot!

This was our third stay at this wonderful property, and it just keeps getting better and better! Our family had an amazing time once again and made so many new memories together. We especially love spending time fishing on the dock and kayaking—it’s the perfect way to relax and reconnect with nature. The home is always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. We’re so grateful to have found this special place and can’t wait to come back again! Beautiful spot! The house provided everything we needed and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hosts were excellent with communication.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Most of all, our host was incredibly generous and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate us. It was a true blessing to be welcomed with such warmth and sincerity. What an incredible property. One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. My friends and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The water views and the ability to walk down to the water for fishing and kayaking was amazing. We spent so much time in the great room just chatting and enjoying the space. The kitchen was a chef’s dream with ease of use and everything where it needed to be. We would definitely stay again in the future.

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

My stay at the farm in Brandywine was absolutely amazing! The property had everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. There was a large outdoor chess set, which was a great addition for extra entertainment. The peaceful lake nearby added to the relaxing experience, and it was so nice to see the goats and chickens on the farm — though they were kept in a secure area, it was still a delight to watch them. A special touch was being able to use freshly laid eggs for breakfast, which made our mornings even better! The owners were incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure we had all the amenities we needed. Their communication was quick and helpful, addressing all of our questions, including those about our arrival. The space was spotless and smelled wonderful, and we had a restful night with no complaints. I also appreciated the extra security provided by the gate, which gave us peace of mind. Even the neighbors were welcoming and friendly.

Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

Great find in Fredericksburg area. Well appointed and maintained house. Very close to the Historic District and most amenities (groceries, restaurants, movies, etc) are nearby. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay but we entertained ourselves with a few games of ping pong and some Netflix. Did manage a few trips to the hot tub between the showers. You may want to pack some Crocs or something as the hot tub is down a slight, grassy hill and there is no marked or maintained pathway. Not a big deal though. Bed was very comfortable, double rain shower heads a plus, and modern kitchen. Great visit and highly recommend.

The residence property overall was beautiful. The Host contacted me ahead of my team's stay and made my team feel very welcomed.

I have stayed at Jon's place 5 or 6 times now. I don't know how to give him and his place a stronger endorsement.

A Great Weekend Getaway! The Lake House is a fantastic place to stay! We had three families together for a long weekend, and it was perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The teenagers especially loved kayaking and canoeing — the highlight for them. We all enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the evenings, and the outdoor lights added a warm, cozy touch. We tried our hand at crabbing—we didn’t catch much (probably due to our lack of skills!), but it was still a fun experience. A couple of tips for future guests: * If you plan to use the oven, bring your own baking sheets as none are available. * The fridge water dispenser is very slow, so you might want to bring some bottled water or gallon jugs. Aside from those small things, everything was great. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to booking another stay!

This home is pure magic! Beautiful, welcoming, comfy and clean. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet in a rural location that feels secluded. We had a dream family vacation and hope to be back soon.

Wonderful stay for our family of 4. Our two boys under 5 years of age had a great time. Lots of space in the house and of course acres and acres to explore on the farm. Great location ! 15 min to a great AT trail parking lot, lots of restaurants and brewery options. We will absolutely return! 10/10!

We had such a nice stay here. The rental is a lovely, open floor plan second floor space with a cozy yet spacious feel. It is quiet and secluded, which was perfect for our needs. Mercy and Ethan were kind and very responsive. A great spot if your goal is to unwind and connect with nature. We are looking forward to visiting again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! It's a unique spot both inside and outside that exactly matched the pictures. We were welcomed by Robert who was super friendly from the start and end to our stay. He gave us recommendations on what to do in colonial beach and places to eat. He was also generous to bring us homemade sourdough and butter, fresh eggs and figs. His wife is an amazing baker fyi! We devoured the sourdough pretty instant. He also sent us home with seasoned shrimp and a bag of baby clothes as I'm expecting soon. Their 10 month old is the absolute cutest. Robert felt like a friend we knew for awhile and Caitlin was sweet enough to supply us the yummy goodies. We recommend this place to others!

Beautiful house! Clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout our stay. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. We had a great experience and would definitely love to come back!
