The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

If you are coming to Rio, you should definitely stay at Magnu’s place! It’s a very luxury and beautiful penthouse! The host was very responsive and attentive to everything we needed! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Impeccable, new, clean. Although Lapa is known to be a dangerous area, the apartment is located on a safe and well-lit street. I felt safe even walking at night. It's very close to the subway. Fundamental for Rio de Janeiro. Matthias was very friendly and helpful. Excellent option for traveling is the accommodation.

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. The experience was unforgettable and we will definitely come back again! We'd like to thank you very much and see you soon.

Perfect location in Ouro Preto. With a garage to leave your car, you can spend the whole time getting to all the sights on foot. Our bed was very comfy, with plenty of covers for the cold nights. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining room table is spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard. I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the bottom is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the directions to get there need to be more detailed with landmarks.

My husband and I loved the experience! The place has incredible energy — cozy and quiet. The house was clean, organized and prepared with great affection, taking care of every detail. The host was always very friendly, attentive and available to answer questions. We had a small setback with the path, but she helped us promptly, with all the patience. We will definitely be back!

We love the cottage, everything is perfect! Very quiet location, with possibilities of going to more lively places or not. Everything is very close. We had no difficulty at all. The chalet is beautiful, impeccable view. Just what we were looking for. We will definitely return to see the other cottages! I highly recommend it. About the climb, we climbed it easily. Maybe a 1.0 car the first time going up you can feel a little, but nothing that doesn't go up too, following the instructions will be fine!

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bedding, toiletries in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay 1 more day in the city and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and stretches over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor takes some getting used to at first - mainly because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you are rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make the stay a special experience. A small downside: There is a busy road nearby, the noise of which you can hear – especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Everyone will find something to their liking here – whether for eating or for a relaxing drink in the evening.
