Work space provided. A/c provided in the summer. Small on site reserved parking space makes this a rare find!

Centrally located in South Side Flats, many of the most popular S. Side restaurants & bars are a few minutes walk away. The stadiums/arenas are also only a short drive. The home has 1.5 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each room plus a futon in 2nd BR). Features include air conditioning, 1st floor washer/dryer, private back patio, front porch, & kitchen basics for cooking. I can only register 1 car for parking & it's on-street parking only. There are no assigned spots; 1st come, 1st serve.

My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. The southside is loaded with bars and restaurants, grocery and clothing stores, galleries, public library and pool. It is very near downtown Pgh and has great bike/running trails along the river. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

I got in late due to delays. I was tired and was having trouble getting the keys from the safe box. Isaac responded quickly and got me into the place. Really good dude 10/10

hi , this place is right on Carson street with restaurant, bars, cafes and pubs , it's peaceful thru the day and night. lots of options . may get little noisy on late night weekends howvers it doesn't bother much. the room is neat and just as described ans good security pin locks to pass to the room. Gus provided self explanatory instructions and responds well. thank you.

Great Awesome Airbnb and a beautiful brand new well done flipped house. But there was one other renter who were sneaking around smoking in their room instead of being in a designated smoking area outside on the porch and leaving dishes in the sink for days at a time after cooking. When they finally left everything resume normal. Andrej responded every time they do this mess and smoking and I assumed they got tired of it and moved on.

I had a lovely stay at Deep's place. I would highly recommend staying at his place. It felt like staying at a friend's place, he was so kind and friendly. I felt welcomed and safe. He was very responsive and communicative.

House was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. Parking was not too hard to find either. Bathroom attached to bedroom was very convenient as well. Host Dolly was really friendly and helpful and really proactive with communication.

This is one of 4 rooms in a small town house, and is highly recommended if you are spending a few months visiting CMU, UPitt, or UPMC. I had a fantastic time staying here during a research visit to CMU. It is walking distance to CMU and the house had everything that I could need. Amy and Michael are amazing hosts and really go above and beyond to make sure their guests are not only comfortable but getting the most out of their experience.
