Wonderful condominium, everyone was very receptive, very good beach in front, very good heated pool, there is a simple restaurant nearby plus fresh and delicious food.

The apartment is perfect, everything clean, well organized, super preserved furniture, had everything we needed! The location is excellent, close to everything, the building is very secure and the parking space in the garage is huge, we were able to put the car, the carriage positioned to the side between the wall and the car and the two bikes in the front of the car! Everything went smoothly rsrs’ For sure will be my first choice when you return to BC! ❤️

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Flawless house. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location, super quiet and easy to get around both by car or on foot. Alcindo was super nice, he helped us with everything we needed.

Maurici is an excellent host. From the first contact, he responded quickly and was always available for all requests. In addition to being extremely kind. The space is mega comfortable, welcoming and clean. Very nice even. The indoor area looks like home, ideal for welcoming families and groups of friends. The kitchen is well equipped and super clean toilets. The outdoor area is very tasty, even if shared, in front of Lake Igapó and in an excellent location. I highly recommend it. I want to come back more often. They were very nice days. 😊

Our stay at the house was amazing, cozy space and very large! Marcelo was super receptive and whenever he needed he helped us with doubts about the places of the city and gave indications of places to visit. I super indicate his place.

Everything is great as described. Quiet location, close to downtown. Very clean and organized.

The apartment was impeccable, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It's super-equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apartment itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and we felt right at home. As for the rooms, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have powerful showers… I would choose this option again to come on a family vacation. The host was super attentive and responsible. We had a small mishap with an air conditioner that didn't work well, and when we asked him about it, he immediately solved it by sending a technician to check it out. From 1 to 10, I'd give it 10 points. We'll be back!!!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

The place is excellent, easy check-in and Rommy is a sweetheart, she let us check in early, gave tips on places to eat and to find a portable charger that I needed. I highly recommend it!

I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

We had a setback that left us stuck on the road for 4 hours, Karin always left us relaxed about the check-in time, always responding quickly, excellent location, close to the main points of the city, safe place and with total accessibility, impeccable!

Beatriz welcomed us personally with great kindness and hospitality, we had delays in arrival and she was always concerned about our trip. The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. We did everything on foot. The apartment is cozy, with lots of light and a huge balcony!!! We hope to have the opportunity to go more often.

We loved our stay at Aline's apartment. The condominium is in front of the sea and has an excellent infrastructure all according to the description. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and even had some welcome treats. Since the time of booking the apartment, Aline was very attentive and organized. In addition to detailed instructions for check-in, she sent suggestions for attractions and restaurants in the area. The apartment's location is great, with several restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops nearby. I found the condominium very quiet and super safe. Our stay was note 1000 and left nothing to be desired.
