Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Beautiful modern 2 bedroom 2 bath family cottage. Check in starts at Resort Center for parking pass and amenities wristbands. An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!

An entire home in the Long Island Village resort community. Great views of the wetlands with sunset over the channel from the decks. Both SpaceX facilities can also be seen from all decks. Just a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food and attractions. Has 3 beds and an air mattress, giving options for the whole group to enjoy.
