Charming Room Part Deux! Lovely home on a hill. Private & comfortable bedroom with a great view out of your picture window!. Bathroom is just down the hall & private. My roommate has a friendly Mini Labradoodle. A one mile down hill stroll to downtown Nyack. Nyack is a lively, eclectic and picturesque village perched on the Hudson River. From shopping and dining to seasonal street fairs and live music, there is no shortage of things to enjoy! Free Parking on premises. Easy commute to NYC.

Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed, chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger "Yellow" room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small "The Red" room with a slightly narrower bed and a curtain across the doorway. This is my own personal bedroom, that in emergency or difficulty can be vacated. The bathroom is shared. There is no TV in the room.
