Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Los Angeles

The house of Jenell is very welcoming. The room, bathroom are really "charmantes". Everything is made with love, very accurate and clean. It seemed to be in the place if lovely 1970s... Jenell is a very wise and helping person. I am very grateful for this experience. Thank you, Jenell!

Daron and his sweet wife were so friendly and helpful… they greeted me when I came in and made me feel right at home. The room had everything you needed and was decorated so cute! I will def stay again if I’m in the area

Beautiful & Comfortable! Mirrors a model home. Each room has its touch of thoughtfulness. The kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals, a variety of Keurig coffee & tea flavors to get your morning started. Sweet Sweet location! Just around the corner from the Sofi Stadium, and Intuit Stadium, the 105 and 405 freeway, grocery stores, drugstores, the beach, LAX airport, and Westfield Mall. Queen bed super comfortable, and I so appreciated the washer and dryer. Also fully equipped with detergent and softener 👍 The living room area with the sofa and flatscreen set up so nicely. What a wonderful studio home 🌟. Yes, I would certainly recommend 10 out of 10 stars.

Angela is a fantastic hostess- she went over and beyond in her generosity, hospitality and kindness! She cares for her guests, is flexible, good-hearted, and a lovely woman. The bed is very comfy, great sheets and blankets, beautiful window sunlight, with great dedicated workspace, relaxing shower, and good-smelling bathroom toiletries. Thank you, Angela for having me! Me senti muy a gusto en la casa de Susie, tanto ella como su marido fueron muy receptivos, nos ayudaron con las cosas que necesitábamos y nos tuvieron paciencia por el bebe. El alojamiento queda cerca de todas las atracciones, es un punto medio. La zona es bastante tranquila, hay muchos comercios cerca. Si bien la casa no tiene parking, a nosotros nunca nos costo mas de 100 mts encontrar aparcamiento en la calle

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

It was a genuine pleasure staying at Gabi's. Check in was easy, clearly explained and quick. She has lots of snacks and drinks already in the home for my partner and I to enjoy after our long trip in which we appreciated immensely! We would happily stay there again, especially because the included parking is such a welcome factor for our rental car.

Nice, clean, simple apartment. Yung was very friendly and responsive. Garage was a nice plus. Very conveniently located near the 405. Kitchen is small but functional. Bedroom is large enough to fit a travel crib. Room can get hot at night but there is a portable fan.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

The place overall was a great stay. Small and convenient. The room was clean and just like the photos. Parking was included which is nice when LA charges $40 a night at hotels. The area doesn’t look safe but it is right next to a high school and it’s a suburban area. It is a quiet area but you are next to a highway so you hear the sirens and police but we didn’t mind it. I think the only thing is there wasn’t coffee to be made in the mornings but there is a coffee maker. If you need a place that’s cheap and convenient I would deff stay here again. We weren’t inside and most of the time exploring so that helped when it came to expenses. Manny is a great host and is very responsive. A small cute studio for a LA culture experience.

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

I stayed at Taylor and Don’s for a week. I had come from Marina del Ray (staying with a friend) so had got used to that side of LA. If you’re from Melbourne AUS - it’s like Southside vs Northside. Coming to the other side as a woman traveling alone, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the area. But Taylor and Don were like instant friends; welcoming, super helpful, answered all my ‘can I walk alone at night questions’ and I felt super safe in their apartment. Plus I really enjoyed our other chats when I did run into them briefly. The apartment has everything you need. It’s cosy and warm when it’s cold and wet (random couple of rainy days); nice and cool after being out in the LA heat all day. The space is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing & has the best views to watch the sunset with a glass of vino. Plus it’s so close to good coffee & croissants (Doubting Thomas). It was also really easy for me to get to and from the galleries/sites/bars/shops etc on my list. Sooo I’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Great location if you're going to SoFi or the Forum and want a place to crash. The description matches the apartment well and Christian was super responsive to my questions. I would say that if I hadn't been familiar with Inglewood generally I might have thought the neighborhood was a little odd. like, I don't know that I'd walk home by myself from a concert. If you need an ultra quiet stay, this place probably isn't for you. It's right over the flight approach for LAX so there's frequently plane noise, and the apartment is a little older so there's typical apartment sounds like hearing your neighbors overhead walking. Didnt bug us too badly! The garage parking was an awesome perk but if you have a choice I'd recommend driving a compact car - spaces are a little snug.

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Glory is a very kind host, and the place is very clean and extremely comfortable to stay in.
