Vacation rentals with an EV charger in South Jakarta City

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

I spent 2 months living in Farah's home, and it was so hard to leave. Farah really made me feel right at home, and she is an incredible soul. The building is in a busy area with everything you could possibly need just downstairs or walking distance to shops. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and exactly what I needed for my stay. Farah was so accommodating, generous, and always, always helpful and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better host, and I made a friend. If I ever come back to Jakarta, I'd 100% stay here again, not just because of the location and the apartment itself, which are perfect, but also because of the host. Farah and her husband are wonderful people. Couldn't thank them enough.

Paskasius’ place is comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of security guards around the building, so we felt safe. There’s also direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall. We’ll definitely come back.

The apartment unit is clean, has a good interior design, complete equipment, is in a strategic location such as being next to the mall and opposite the train station.

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so it's close to everywhere. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a large & cold refrigerator. Every room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons : Jammed on the way to & from work, it's a bit congested, that's normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less spacious. Check-in/check-out time straight 2pm-11am lol

Spotless , and feels like home

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Thank you so much Setiawan for the hospitality!

I went there with my family to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The place offered plenty of rooms, all of which were clean and well-maintained. The pool was also spotless, and the kids had a great time playing in it. There’s a BBQ set available, but we forgot to buy charcoal, and the host and staff weren’t sure where to get it, so I’d recommend coming prepared. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and tools. However, I’d suggest replacing the non-stick pan, as the surface was scratched, and as far as I know, using scratched non-stick pans can be harmful to health. Unfortunately, I didn’t use it, which was a bit of a loss since we had already prepared food to cook. Another unfortunate issue was that the water heater in the main bedroom on the first floor wasn’t working. I didn’t ask the owner about it since the heaters in the other rooms worked perfectly. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Thank you so much!

Wonderful house, neat and clean. The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. Very recommended to stay in Wahyu's house whenever you come to Bogor!

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Jeffry's unit is great. We stayed for a quick business visit and totally glad with the unit. It's just as good as it's desribed. Jeff is caring, always tried to make sure we have a smooth check in and stay. Really worth the paid.

The host is very communicative, the place is clean and comfortable according to the photos, complete kitchen utensils, towels and fragrant sheets. Next time I want to staycation, I'll come back here. Thank you✨✨

Sylvia is a lovely host! I appreciated that she accommodated my early check-in :) The place is spacious, is as described in the pictures. Walkable distance to shops, spa and yoga studio and can walk by the lake with lush green trees. Definitely worth every penny spent on it!!
