Cute Appartement, Close to The beach. Host are super nice and give valuable Info proactively before stay. Especially concerning parking you should follows their advise and book your parking Spot in advance to save a lot of Money:) Stairs to The Appartment are narrow ans steep. Think about it, when your Dog is Not good in climbing stairs. The rooftop terrace ist a supernice extra Feature. Thank you for everything

Had a great week staying with Lotte & Juan. ☺️👍🏻 Super nice contact with the two. However, we were not aware at the time of booking that the two live on the property, which of course is not a negative! 😊 Lotte also gave us some very good recommendations for excursion destinations and restaurants. 😉 Sweet, little cottage near Sassenheim. Well-equipped, very cozy bed, great bathroom with large bathtub! 😍 Beautifully bright. The staircase to the bedroom and bathroom area looks steeper than it is. 😅😉 The kitchen was also well equipped, even with a large fridge-freezer & dishwasher. We only missed a spatula. 😂 All in all, a great place to stay for a cozy holiday in the Netherlands! 🥰

Very nice House for a relaxing holiday

Very nice little house, also suitable for families. The park in which the house is located is very nicely laid out and you are less than 1h (depending on traffic 30-45min) from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague. You can take the rental bikes to the surrounding villages. The beach is within walking distance and it is a nice walk. Communication with the landlady was also great and the property manager on site is also a super sweet and supportive person. Everyone is easily accessible, respond quickly and have good tips. We had 2 dogs with us and it was ultra straightforward and everything very dog friendly. We would book again at any time

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the mobile home and the quiet environment. Very friendly host, very responsive, responded to all my messages quickly before our arrival. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation house. The location was perfect - peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The garden was a real highlight! The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Bas was excellent. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful and modern designed tiny house! The location is perfect, quiet yet a short walk to the beach. Ideal for long walks with our dog who felt as comfortable as we did. The house was super clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Kees was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. From the uncomplicated communication to small, loving details on site (e.g. treats and bowls provided for the dog), everything was great. A perfect retreat for couples seeking nature and relaxation. We will be happy to come back!

Great location in a great park! We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. There's so much to do in and around the park, it was fantastic for our family with a 10 year old and a 14 year old daughter. The living room and kitchen and garden have a beautiful view on the lake and beach. The house is rather old, but is very well equiped. Pepijn, the host, was very helpful and always reacted quickly to our messages. It was a pity that we only stayed for a long weekend: we would have loved to stay for 1 or 2 full weeks! 😎

We liked it very much. The location was perfect- as expected. The house offered ample space to rest inside and outside/gardening? Terrace. The cleanliness was excellent and the beds - which is particularly important for me as a multiple intervertebral disc patient. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything you could need, so we cooked more de facto more than usual. Communication with the hosts was prompt, kind, and helpful at all times. We liked it - we'd be happy to come back.

Everything was exactly as expected. The house is more than well equiped, it has everything you can think of which you need for a relaxed holiday.

We rented Silvia's house for 9 days and it's very tastefully decorated. You can cook and prepare small things well and the terrace is very nice. As a starting point for trips to Rotterdamm, Delft and Gouda, it is very convenient. We will be happy to come back! Delia & Marco

Beautifully decorated. Great location, the sea is super easy to reach on foot and with the public transport you are quickly in the center of The Hague.

We had a very nice time and were able to relax quickly thanks to the good accommodation. The amenities were great and we could use everything with two children without any problems.

We enjoyed the little cottage, which is really nicely renovated and equipped. The lakeside location is also simply idyllic! Communication with Adri and Belinda was very quick and extremely friendly. Very nice location to stay a few days!

We stayed with Magret in Koningshuisje for a few days as a married couple in May 2025. The apartment offers everything you need for a nice stay in Katwijk. First, based on the description, I had some respect for the stairs because I myself am over 60 years old and have a walking disability. However, I must say that the stairs are in no way problematic and can be used well. The apartment is bright, lovingly furnished and we especially liked the small roof terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun wonderfully. The central location must also be mentioned. You can be at the beach or in the shopping mile in 2 minutes. We were able to park in front of the apartment for loading/unloading and were able to park our car in the underground garage on the boulevard for 35 EUR 1 week. That's totally okay In summary, it can be said that it was a successful vacation for us and we will go back to Margret in Koningshuisje the next time.

Its a beautiful and cozy apartment perfect for a family. The location is great. With many activities nearby. They also have a great guide that includes everything you will possibly need. I will happily stay again.

Super cozy, very lovingly furnished cottage with everything you need! Communication with Trudie & Bert was absolutely straightforward and we had a lot of "chats about the yard." We felt comfortable right from the start. The tiny house is very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need but no unnecessary junk. Good kitchen equipment. Easy check-in and check-out with key box.

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving decor with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come here again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment.

We had a really nice weekend in Lindas place, everything was really clean and nice, we will consider to go again in the future, really good located just 2minutes away from the beach
