Very cozy apartment, very fresh, has a great view, well furnished I did not need to take many things because they had enough to enjoy my stay and totally the same in the photos 🤝🏾 I hope to come back more times and will refer to my friends and family

All great according to the listing! The only observation is in relation to the pillows, which, as it was informed that there were pillows available, I only took the bed linen, but they are very uncomfortable and hard, however this is a detail! Everything else was excellent!

My stay at the apartment was excellent! The location is simply perfect — waking up to the ocean view and being just steps from the beach made all the difference. The space is comfortable. Janaina is super attentive and always available to help. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos and the view is even better in person!! My friends and I spent an amazing holiday in the apartment! In addition to being super comfortable, and making us feel at home, it's all close!! (Market, bakery, Mc Donalds, pharmacy, etc.) Valéria answered us very quickly and passed all the instructions. The Solemar house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, spacious and organized. Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the hosts Rita and Luiz are always very friendly and attentive. We loved the wonderful stay, we will return more times for sure!

Lannie’s place was absolutely worth it. Having stayed at one of her other properties before, I already knew she takes excellent care of her homes and this one was no exception. The house was fantastic: fully equipped with everything you could need, close to the beach, a lovely swimming pool, bright, spacious, and perfect for our group of 8. Lannie is also a very attentive and responsive host. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, super clean... wonderful pool and much larger than it appears in the photos, Monica is always ready to help with whatever is needed, very attentive. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, everything was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were also perfect and I will return whenever I can, it was very good....

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Excellent accommodation, I've stayed in others in the region, this was the best, the space for 4 people is perfect, good beds, full kitchen, sea view, safe condominium, host always available to answer all questions, we'll be back soon! Gratitude

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer
