Vacation rentals with beach access in South Beach, Miami Beach

this is a great place to stay when considering the one hotel. just pick up the access cards as you enter the building and those get you into the one hotel pool. it worked out really great for us and the room had a full kitchen.

Place was easy to find. Great communications with host. Place was clean and an easy walk to where I had to go. Highly recommend

We had a great stay! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, but in a quieter area that felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely consider staying here again the next time we’re in South Beach.

Host was super accomadating and always checking in to see if we needed anything. She asked multiple times if we needed anything to make our stay perfect! Location is unbeatable close to everything!

Incredibly great spot on SoBe with everything within walking distance. The flat is beautifully furnished and spotless clean. Have stayed several times and will return!

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

The Airbnb was very nice, Melissa is a great host. This was a perfect location for something quick trip to Miami. The Airbnb was very clean and neat, only issue was with the wifi but other than that I would definitely recommend this as your next stay!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

The house was as expected - and matched the pictures and description. Such a beautiful and well kept home. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was easy and the hosts were nice and easy to work with. Will was responsive and worked with us on an early check in and a late departure. He was always available and responded to questions almost immediately.

This is my second time staying at one of Joseph’s properties, and once again, it was great. Highly recommended! The quality of the apartment is very good—especially the balcony, which offers an unbeatable view.

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Awesome hospitality and super responsive hosts! Manuel answered all of our questions and made our long weekend in Miami Beach super enjoyable. The place is super close to the beach and has all the things you need for a friends or family get together. Definitely recommend.

This is our second stay in this building, and we LOVE the location! The apartment is exactly as pictured, with a tiny kitchen that’s quite cramped but fully functional—no surprises there. The beds were super comfortable and linens top-quality. The shower was excellent, the laundry machines left clothes perfectly clean. The layout was comfortable and efficient. The location is truly unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to great spots nearby. We walked to Motek restaurant a few times, it was that yummy and conveniently close! Having a parking spot helped make our vacation stress-free. Our compact SUV fit just fine, but I wouldn’t go any bigger. I ended up getting high fever the day before checkout, I barely functioned so we didn’t leave the place as tidy as I normally do (the hosts didn’t say anything though). They also allowed a slightly later checkout which we really appreciated. Overall, a good experience and we hope to return soon!
