Tyler was a great host, clear and immediate communications, helpful advice, and friendly accommodation of a late check out. The place is beautiful, super clean and tidy, and feels very fresh. The backyard is adorable, and the surroundings are truly serene. Would love to stay there again on our next visit.

Bright Cottage in Katama ~ Walk to South Beach!

SusanRating, 5 stars9 months ago
My family of 4 adults loved this cottage. What fantastic hosts. Stacey responds quickly to messages. I didn't get to meet her (she was away), but I did speak often with Bob, who was easy going, responsive, and gave great advice/tips about the area. The cottage is as cute as it looks in the photos. Super clean. The living room/TV area was bright and cosy, with VERY comfy couches. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. It is very conveniently located between Edgartown and South Beach (about a mile to the beach). We never had trouble getting beach parking. It is across from one of the bike paths that run all over the island. It is near a local airport for small planes, but NOT noisy at all (you can hardly hear them). A cute cafe at the airport serves breakfast/lunch/dinner. Additionally, although there is some beach traffic during the day (low speed limit = quiet traffic), once the sun goes down it is SILENT. NO CARS. We loved our stay and our hosts, and hope to come back.

This is my second time staying in John’s cottage. I highly recommend staying there. It’s very peaceful and quiet, absolutely pristine and clean. My next work trip if available it would be my first choice.

Randi was an amazing host! She was so responsive and friendly. My dad and I stayed here for the Jaws 50th Anniversary Celebration and had such a lovely time. We were so busy, but I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the space! Very peaceful/quiet, and an easy walk/bike ride into Oak Groves.
A pathway is shown leading to the studio, complemented by weathered wooden siding. A directional sign marked 'TO STUDIO' is affixed to the wall, guiding guests. Lush greenery and colorful surfboards can be seen in the background, enhancing the outdoor setting.

Edgartown Designer Cottage between Town & Beach

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a gorgeous cottage! We have been coming to Martha’s Vineyard for years always trying different locations and types of accommodations, I think we have found the winner. This charming cottage, tucked behind the main house, is private, clean and well appointed, everything you could need is provided. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds. A short trip down the road is the town of Edgertown, with so many great restaurants and shops to browse till your hearts content. Also, just a short drive away, is our favorite beach, South Beach which has miles of beautiful sand and ample waves ideal for body surfing. Our hosts (Barbara and her daughter) were attentive and available to help if needed. A perfect week which we will be more than happy to repeat. Thank you, Michael and Christine

Guest House In Edgartown

SamanthaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Rodrigo‘s place was excellent. It is spacious and clean and has everything that you would need for a Vineyard visit. You are in someone’s backyard but it is still very quiet - except for the roosters - but even that was more charming than irritating. I would absolutely stay there again.
