Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was great! It was perfect for what we needed while visiting Austin. The home was spacious and exactly how it was described on the listing. Would recommend to others and would stay again if visiting Austin in the future.

Sometimes the best part of an Airbnb is the host themselves and how they communicate. Justin encouraged being open to communication to ensure we were happy with the accommodation. He was responsive and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We loved the style of the home and decor and it was prefect place to rest in the midst of a family wedding and many festivities over a holiday weekend.

Fernando’s home was very nice and comfortable. We loved it! It was very close to many restaurants and not too far from downtown. Huge backyard for my doggies to run around! Would rent his home again if I came back to Austin!

Had a great stay! Great location for us. We tried several of the restaurant’s listed and enjoyed them. We didn’t have any little guys with us but it was fun seeing the kids stuff. My 25 year old slept in the kids room no problem. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. It felt like home and had plenty of space for a group of people. The neighborhood was peaceful. We had a very relaxing time here. Can’t wait to go back!

Fabian was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and made our stay so easy. The backyard was a great space for our pup, too. Cute and charming house. Close to downtown and other cool spots. Had everything that we needed!

The cottage is perfect. We have been in the middle of a big move and needed a place to stay for a week while we transitioned into our new house. Im a single mom, and desperately needed a clean, comfortable safe haven and it was exactly that. The hosts were very responsive. The location was great. Incredibly stocked. On top of comfortability it was super charming… I have zero complaints. I hope we have an excuse to stay again in the future <3

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

My wife and I picked this spot for our 26th anniversary and it was everything and more, a beautiful place. Alvin and Julie are proactive hosts and provided details on every step along the way. From driving to parking in the garage to accessing the house. We loved how peaceful the property was, even booked a couples massage on the property. One other thing to mention was the amount of deer we saw, from a few miles out to the property itself. Thanks so much for the hospitality Alvin and Julie, will see you soon in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

This stay was PERFECT!!!! The view of the pool in addition to the clean and cold room after a hot day was ideal. Walking distance to many great restaurants! He was extra accommodating with late check outs since he didn’t have a guest staying this next day. He went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. Everything else was so great that didn’t even matter. The location is set up as a hotel/residential so the staff was super accommodating. Was the perfect staycation will be returning!
