We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

The communication with Zied was outstanding. The restaurant owners in the area also knew how to help you directly. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet available, but the beach is really only 2 minutes away! The apartment, especially the bathroom, was of European standard - very clean! I would book it again 😊

A Perfect Getaway in Tunisia – Clean, Spacious, and Truly Relaxing I recently had the pleasure of staying in Tunisia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the villa felt fresh and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The space itself was incredible – large open rooms, plenty of natural light, and thoughtfully decorated interiors that gave the place both character and comfort. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the terrace or relaxing in the spacious living area, I felt completely at home. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. The villa offered the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. It was close enough to local attractions and shops, yet secluded enough to provide a real sense of retreat. The host was exceptional.

It is not a fancy place but very practical, clean, charming (typique) , well located and mostly very secured. as well nice neighborhood.. On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

Great stay at Mohamed's in Marina Kantaoui! Mohamed is a remarkable host: very welcoming, available and professional. The apartment is conveniently located in Kantaoui, a stone's throw from the sea, restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and as advertised. We had a very pleasant stay and we'll be back without hesitation. Thanks again Mohamed for your hospitality!

Khaled and Thouraya are one of the most amazing hosts i had in airbnb. Very friendly and they helped us for recommendations. I would 100% get in touch with them in when i come back to sousse! The apartment just matches the photos, a beautiful panoramic view close to home with all amenities, very clean and sunny apartment on the eighth floor with elevator elevator. I highly recommend this listing after doing several!!!!! Very good, really quality-price level. I will be back!!!! 😉

The residence is very beautiful and tidy It is an old building but it has been completely renovated and it is identical to the pictures shown on the site, but its only problem is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator and tired of carrying luggage The rest is very nice
