Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sounine

The apartment is well-equipped and ideally located in the immediate vicinity of Essaada Park (great with children), all shops, restaurants, cafes etc. and a few minutes' walk from the beach. We also appreciated that it was perfectly clean and that there were small touches upon arrival. Small downside: we had some difficulties parking some days in the parking lot of the residence, but it is possible to park in the street.

Great place. Greate value for money especially if split between a group of people (I stayed alone). Sea views from multiple vantage points. Hosts communicative. Left plenty of towels, coffee, water, etc. Gated and secure community. Recommended.

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

It's a shame you only exchanged by message. We regretted the lack of an electric kettle and tea towels. We reported it but were unsuccessful. Each room is missing at least one chair . Otherwise it was very good.

Very nice Villa with plenty of space and privacy, perfect for a big group or family. The host was very responsive and accommodating so I would definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Tunis.

Absolutely amazing stay! The beach was pristine and just steps away—literally one door down! The area is full of great spots to eat, relax, and enjoy the vibe. had a very nice stay in the beautiful airbnb in La Marsa. Very spacious, and close to the beach. Our 5-year-old daughter loved the turtles. Moncef went above and beyond to give us a pleasant stay. Ziad is an excellent host. We were very tired when we arrived so I didn't even want to speak with anyone, but Ziad was welcoming yet gave us enough privacy. The accommodation itself is a typical Arab house. It's good if you want to have a taste how traditional housing looks like here. I appreciate the large bath tub. Recommended
