A great stay at Rachid's. A very friendly person and great communication. The accommodation is located in a clean, safe and charming complex. Ideally located, and comfortable. Our family didn't want to leave.

I had a great 6-night stay with Latefa which was very welcoming and proactive, she made sure before we arrived to provide us with all the necessary information and asked us to hear from us throughout the stay. Her flexibility has left a mark on me. The apartment is clean and contains everything you need to stay there... Nothing to say excellent host.

Mourad is nice, welcoming and responsive. The residence is friendly and ideal for families, the accommodation is very well located! Some areas for improvement: The kitchen was missing some utensils and the floor was not clean.

The place is great with parking and private security. the beach is very close, 5 minutes away. good, large and clean pool. Restaurant, shop and delicious pizzas at the door. very well-kept lawn and flowers 💐 Nizar speaks Spanish, which makes it easier for us to communicate. We've been here for almost 2 months. In October, we will return for at least 6 more months. Thank you, Nizar, for everything. The apartment is very nice, clean and well decorated.

My husband, children and I had a great stay, the sea is beautiful and we had the chance to swim with fish in crystal clear water. The house is clean and is 2 minutes to the beach. Omar and his brother Saâd, whom we thank in passing, were very available and extremely kind. We highly recommend our host.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

Very comfortable accommodation due to the proximity of the beach, a very nice and quiet place. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the terrace overlooking the sea. Very kind and caring host. Very relaxing vacation with two children. Definitely worth repeating

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

Abdelahs house is located on a mountain where on one side you are looking at the mountains and the other side you are looking at the Mediterranean Sea. The stay was very relaxing and I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the city life and stay close to nature where you can hear roosters croaking in the morning, easy to get to trails for walking on the mountains, pollution free environment and strong and pleasant mountain breeze To top it all the house is an orchid where Abdelah has many fruit/vegetable plants like grapes, figs, apples and a nice canopy in the middle of it to sit down under the shade and enjoy the view I found Abdelah very friendly and responsive who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He speaks good English and loves collecting antiques. I saw a record player that actually worked and listened to a lovely song while sipping on the mint tea that Abdelah prepared for me II highly recommend this place if you need a break from city life 👍

Excellent place and really peaceful for a short disconnect vacation, the beach is just in front , nice and safe place , the kids enjoyed the place , recommended for family and sure we will be back again :)

We were very satisfied with both the place and the friendly and available staff. Our stay in mr. Derdabi's app was perfect. Very near by the sea. The residence's employees were friendly and helpful. I suggest you this amazing stay for a little escape in Cabo Negro with the family.

Houssam thanks again for letting us stay. We had a great time. The apartment was super clean and the location could not be beat. The neighbors were awesome, as well as, your brother who was friendly and made himself available. The listing was a bit misleading and the only downside was not having some of the accessories available that the listing stated. We were working during our stay so the lack of internet was an inconvenience. Aside from that we would recommend your place to others and stay again if you would have us back. Thank you!
