A bathroom with toilet is adjoining, the fan is sufficient to cool the whole area shaded by coconut trees. It can accommodate 2 people in a double bed. It is furnished with a secretary, some chests and other storage. For a great "tight budget" stay, this is the perfect place! A kitchen is set up in the adjoining room.

The accommodation is just impeccable, brand new in a secure building (with guard) and elevator. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and air-conditioned. Mr. Evrard is available, responsive and caring in his interactions. A very pleasant and communicative owner. We'll be back without a second thought.

I had an absolutely perfect 17-day stay at this place. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The safety of the neighborhood and the building is a real plus, I felt perfectly comfortable. The apartment is easy to access, which greatly simplified my travel. It is also extremely well-equipped, I did not miss a thing, from the kitchen to the living spaces. I particularly appreciated the presence of a lot of storage, very convenient for an extended stay, as well as the provision of quality bed linen and towels. Finally, communication with the host was exemplary. Very easy and responsive, all our questions were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this listing! See you soon 😊
