It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Big single-story home

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Entire 70 square meter house that has been completely renovated. Large living room (desk, armchairs, vintage vinyl stereo system), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dishes), 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds with a baby crib), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 private parking space, enough to have a pleasant time. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

Gîte du Puits des Granges

Located in the coole valley, and with a neat and warm decoration, the cottage of the barns is classified 4 stars, it has a capacity for 11 people and a baby.(5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms),a large living room with equipped kitchen. A relaxation area, with a spa (extra charge)an American pool table,a babyfoot and a ping pong table. Outside a giant chessboard, a fire pit and a swimming pool (1/06 to 15/9 at extra cost). The Wood Farm

Nestled in the Champagne Valley, this house will welcome you with its 6 bedrooms. This place has a nice equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, 1 dining room, 1 living room and 1 spacious veranda. There is also a small hidden space where you can play a few games of pinball. It is a traditional house in a small Marnais village of about 170 inhabitants and almost as many animals, including cows, chickens, dogs and cats…

The Hummingbird Cottage

The Cottage is located by the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1000 m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30 m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.
