We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

very nice quiet apartment with exceptional views of the rooftops of PUY-L'EVEQUE from the terrace. Magical rooftop terrace. The rest of the house is very cocoon with very cozy bedrooms a beautiful living room and beautiful kitchen. Fans throughout the house very nice in August, although the house is very cool.bref to recommend.

We had a lovely time at this positively lost stone lodge in the Quercy. quiet, large bed for rest, nice setting. and surely a good time in the pool in the summer. we'll be happy to come back

Amandine was so welcoming and helpful making many recommendations. The property is in a lovely location and offers amazing accommodation that feels very homely. With a hot tub and pool you are spoilt for choice. Only 10 mins from Sarlat and 15 mins from Domme it is the perfect location to explore the Dordogne. Highly recommended

We were warmly welcomed by Anya and her young son. The house matches the description in every respect, the organization of the spaces is ideal especially when several couples or families stay under the same roof. The bedding is very comfortable, we really enjoyed the library with all these books, games, DVDs and oracles. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing was missing. Exteriors are top notch. We enjoyed the Nordic bath, the seating area, hammock, petanque court and the surrounding countryside which is just beautiful. And thank you for your little soaps offered upon arrival :)

Lovely place to spend a couple of nights on our trip round the region. Quiet, relaxing surroundings and the gîte had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!

Very peaceful & relaxing stay, lovely walk into Monpazier with nice restaurants. Thank you to Gillian for inviting me to go horse riding with her, it was absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be returning.

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

We had a brilliant stay! Tosha and Robert were absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and so thoughtful. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and set in gorgeous surroundings. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 18-month-old, providing a stair gate, cot, and high chair, which made everything so much easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by Martin and Joanne. Lovely generous welcome gifts. Gite is pristine and has everything required and more. Linen and towels all good quality and also plenty supplied. Pool is fabulous and in such a private and pretty setting. We would love to come back in the near future. It is clear that Joanne and Martin work very hard to ensure their guests have the best experience.

Elodie is an extremely responsive and kind person!! His accommodation is located in a very quiet environment where everything is within walking distance, you just have to park the car and enjoy. The house is also very good and the key collection is very easy. I booked it for my mother-in-law who was very happy with it, for each next visit we will call Elodie again! Thank you very much

We had a great time in Avignon! The house is even better in reality than the photos. The owners are very welcoming, attentive, they put us at ease and we feel at home. The bedding is very good and the outdoor space is very refreshing. The kids loved their dog, who was so nice, and they loved feeding the chickens. The place was very clean and the welcome basket was a reflection of the generosity of the owners. Breakfast was the little extra of the stay, thank you for this delicious jam with fresh bread and salted butter! (Not including fruits, yogurts, croissants, etc.) We also really enjoyed our petanque games and the jacuzzi! Thank you for everything, we will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

An interesting layout for a beautiful cottage, it takes a bit to get used to it, amazing views, at the edge of the forest and the village. We had a wonderful time with our friends, lots of activities to do in the area and many places to visit. Thank you for you hospitality, Lumi & Liviu

The outdoor kitchen and relaxing area was superb. We spent a lot of time out there watching the birds and balloons float by. Loved sitting in the tub with cool water on a hot day, watching the boats on the river. Gorgeous views of the town. Central location to easily drive out to so many beautiful picturesque towns. Highly recommend the canoe loisirs 3 hour canoe journey from vitrac to beynac. They run a very cheerful organized business.

An amazing chance to stay in a real chateau. Really spacious apartment in one of the towers. Lots of places to explore and very quiet and peaceful. Alice and her team were very helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful few days.

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation.
