From the apartment you have swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 min walking distance to the smögen pier. Parking space is available in garage under the property with elevator up to the apartment. When renting, own sheets and towels are provided. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by guest at check out. Age limit 25

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cabin in three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully putty kitchen with a nice window at the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you head down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Despite its few square meters, there is both a simpler kitchen, dining area, WC a comfortable bed of 140 cm.
