The house is a confortable, tranquil, luxury apt located in the heart of the Dolomites, the Val di Fassa, between Catinaccio and Sella. The small village, Moncion, lies half way up the side of the valley, overlooking the river and villages below. The three storey apt is made of a spatious living room and veranda overlooking the mountains and the valley (the sight of the peaks and of the night ski run is truly breathtaking), three confortable double bedrooms, one with a terrace, two bathrooms, one of which supplied with sauna and Jacuzzi, a balcony where to drink a cup and have lunch en plein air. Without having to get on a car, you can go for one of the most beautiful walks in the surroundings, to the Gardeccia; whereas with 10 minutes worth journeys by car you can reach plenty of starting points for walks, skiing, horse riding, skating, swimming, and a lot more to discover. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer machine, induction, robots; tv set and washing machine are also part of the equipment. An extra bed for a small child is also available, as well as a high chair.
