Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

A stay located within a private and independent property, a safe place just entering Apaneca on the main road accessible to all the attractions of the area, it has 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, a living room, cable TV, wifi, bathroom with hot water, chalet-style kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, kitchen, coffee maker and dishes. It also has an outside grill and terrace with wooden table, hammocks, swings and fire pit. *Staff in charge provides assistance.

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

Your family will be close to everything if you stay in this centrally located accommodation. Just a 3-minute drive to downtown Sonsonate. If you like to exercise, the municipal stadium is three blocks away from the property. We are 12 minutes from Izalco and 25 minutes from Acajutla. If you like to visit the flower route, we are 35 minutes from Apaneca. If you want to take the public transport bus to the center to the Sonsonate terminal, the stop is 25 meters away.
