Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old stable building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in an old seaside hotel style in 1930. We live in the farmhouse on the property, at the end of a quiet gravel road, with lovely tranquility and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, pygmy goats, cats, dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyll, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the waves and wildlife up close. "Norskehuset" is part of the manor house Eskjær Hovedgaard, and is therefore an extension of beautiful and historic surroundings. Lovely apartment on the 1st floor with private entrance.. Includes living room with possibility of bedding (mattress). Bedroom with 2nd beds a 120 cm. Weekend bed. Kitchen with dishwasher Bathroom. Located right by the city center and close to the train station, museum and harbor. There is free parking in some of the spaces opposite the house and otherwise along the sidewalk. If you love the nature, you can find shelter and feel at home in our little house that takes 2 persons. The house is situated by the sea in the southern part of Nature Park Nissum Fjord. IMPORTANT - please note - you need to clean the house yourself, and you need to bring your own beddings, towels and other stuff that needs washing. There is no washing machine.
