Little Farm is nested away about an hour and 15 minutes from Bangalore. The land has a picturesque tamarind tree in the middle with mango trees around. The house is a cozy space made ideal for 2 to 3 people with a large deck that goes around the front and side. It’s very sweet and cute home

I had a very comfortable stay of 4 days in Rupesh's studio flat. The room is not very large but has every facility you might need even for a long stay. I chose the place as it's close to Azim Premji university where my daughter is. --The wifi worked all through and when it didn't, Rupesh was responsive and helped. --The gated society was nice, with space to go for a walk, and there was a small grocery store on the ground floor. --A maid came every single day and cleaned the room while I was there. Really appreciated that! If you don't mind small spaces, this is an excellent, affordable stay option in Sarjapur. I would book it again for myself if needed, in the future, without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful family getaway at this beautiful property! The villa is exactly as described - clean, spacious, and incredibly well maintained. What truly stood out for us was the attention to detail: a fully equipped kitchen, large common areas, a well-kept lawn, and a jacuzzi that doubled up as a fun zone for the kids. The kids' play area, lake, and a big park just ~200 meters from the villa (within the same gated community) made the stay extra special. The caretaker was always available and super responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. It’s a peaceful retreat - far enough from the city to truly disconnect, yet equipped with all the comforts of home. Would highly recommend this place for family gatherings, celebrations, or simply a quiet break with loved ones. We're already looking forward to our next visit

Rustic stay with farm life charm in the city

If you are looking for a quiet staycation, away from the chaos of the city, this is a good find. It's a farm, with sheep, chickens and a cow. It's so peaceful, you can feel instantly calm, if this is your vibe. It's private, peaceful and perfect for people who just so not want to be disturbed. Zomato and Instamart service the area , so we can be stress free Rashmi is a wonderful host, and the caretaker Samunder, is also very responsive. The property is well maintained. We can see the sheep grazing, spot many birds, and butterflies. There are some pretty flowers . They have a swing , where you can just sit and enjoy a book. The path to reach the property is quiet beat up, for about 2-3 kms, but makes up for it when we reach.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host. Our group of eight really enjoyed the experience. The house showcases a modern design and is thoughtfully prepared to welcome guests. One highlight was the basement home theater, which truly stood out. Location is too good, very resident friendly. I highly recommend this place!
