Vacation rentals with a patio in Somerset

I had a fantastic week-long stay at Annette’s place. The central location – right by the train station – is perfect for walking anywhere downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods. It's also easy to hop on the bus, or, of course, on the train to go to Boston or anywhere else in the vicinity. I didn’t need the free garage parking for this trip, but was grateful to have the option. The apartment is spacious, full of light, the couch and bed are super-comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of all that, there’s the lap pool! I loved that you can make a reservation for it and then have it all to yourself for an hour. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

This place was gorgeous - right in the heart of downtown. Jay was also so responsive and such a great host! This airbnb made Newport an excellent trip. Would definitely stay there again!

As an AirBnB host myself, I'm very picky about the places I choose to stay when travelling, and I would give Scott's loft 6 stars if I could. A tidy, clean, cozy, secure and well-organized space situated in the heart of historic downtown Providence, it puts the entire city at your fingertips. Its walkable proximity to the convention center, multiple universities, galleries, nightlife and fine dining took our visit to the next level, and the host's communication was reliably prompt and helpful. (Nearby runnning/walking routes are a physically active traveler's dream.) Even after our arriving flights to Rhode Island were cancelled, Scott was patient, understanding and flexible. The unit is highly secure even though the surrounding neighborhood is totally safe; nearby parking is ample and check-in was a breeze. This is a gem of a spot to which I'd absolutely return. Full 5 stars.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay at Steve’s place! He was super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. I loved the personal touches of the home and we had to drag our teen out of the hammock every day (and night!). It was perfect for my family of 4 to visit my sister who is also local to the area. Would love to stay again!

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept spot to unwind.

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

The View - the view ! That’s what we wanted …to sit out by the waters edge and have our coffee and the Adirondack chairs were perfect . The home was very clean , comfortable bed and walking distance to Ocean beach . Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had . We had a lovely time .

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

The house was great and we enjoyed our time in Rhode Island. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen and living area were super nice. Nice location as well with being 40 minutes from Newport and also being a short walk away from Barrington Beach. I would recommend staying here on a trip to Rhode Island.

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

This was a Girls' Weekend. My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We had a fantastic time. The place was perfect. Very comfortable. An excellent location. We would go back in a heart beat.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.
