This special retreat is close to everything: beaches, farmer's market stand, shops, the winery, and dinner. We have an awesome enclosed tropical yard with a private entrance and gate code making this seem more like a private retreat with a nice deck for reading and sunning. It is old and has a old house vibe~! It's not for those seeking a new condo! The cottage is the entire bottom floor of a 100 year old beach house so its got lots of character, charm and privacy.

The living area is furnished with a plush gray sofa and two accent chairs, creating a cozy setting. A modern fireplace is positioned beneath a wall-mounted television, while large windows allow natural light to fill the space, providing a view of the outside.
