Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic village of 26 inhabitants surrounded by (almost) unspoiled nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area without superlatives. Everything is very normal without major attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.
