Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

It is located in the middle of the shopping area and just a 2 minute walk from the station, from where you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10 minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In the summer, sometimes noise from the street can be expected at night

The small apartment is a closed off section of a large house, with its own small kitchen, bathroom, dining and garden area. Solrød Strand is known for its proximity to the beach, natural forrest and within a short driving distance to Copenhagen and Køge - making it a good location to stay at when visiting Sjælland.
