At approximately 5200 feet above sea level, the Lake Atitlan area enjoys year-round spring-like weather (70s to low 80s during the day and 60s at night). Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

You have access to parking, restaurant, grounds, beach, swimming pool and the jacuzzi next to the pool. . Beautiful apartment , spectacular view, lovely balcony. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. We have the most 5 star reviews in all Sololá.

Casa Noé is perfect. The description honors it. Apart from that, Santa Cruz is a great place to stay if you want to get to know something more local. Small but it has everything. Good spots for swimming. I recommend visiting CECAP up in Santa Cruz, a nonprofit association where you can find local products and local cuisine as well.

The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.

The location is difficult to find. It would be good if they sent a video of the route because you easily get lost in that area. Personally, it was very difficult for my girlfriend and I to locate the property. Otherwise everything was fine, the apartment was tidy and very clean
