Excellent place, beautiful & good location, perfect host.

The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped: everything to make your stay easier (coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, coffee, Canal+, Netflix, 2 paddles available, bluetooth speaker...) The welcome from Virginie and her husband is warm and they are charming, responsive and discreet hosts. They are also very flexible on check-in and checkout times. What we liked best is the location with its breathtaking view of Toulon Bay, very beautiful sunsets. But also the private pool on a beautiful tree-lined terrace and with beautiful flowers. The port is a 5-minute walk with restaurants (we tested and liked 111) The coastal trail minutes from the apartment is also very nice.

I would highly recommend Cathy, very quick response to our reservation, warm welcome, very clean apartment! We were able to enjoy our stay, didn't even use the vehicle, everything is nearby. Thanks again, we'll be back for sure!

I recommend the apartment which faces the port, 2 large windows. The size of the apartment is ideal. 2 minutes from the center, paid parking nearby is essential. If we come back, we'll come back to this apartment. 🙏

We spent two wonderful weeks at this property on the outskirts of Sanary-Sur-Mer. All rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen lacked nothing. The terrace also invites you to linger (breakfast, grilling, reading, playing). It's a 5-minute walk downhill to the small sandy beach. The entrance to the sea is relatively shallow and is monitored by lifeguards during bathing times. The town centers of Bandol downhill and Sanary uphill and downhill are each 2.5 km from the apartment. The car can be safely parked in the yard behind a locked sliding gate with remote control. The landlord Jean-Pierre was extremely accommodating, very friendly and always available. Thanks again for lending us the stand-up paddle. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Very pleased with the house, excellent swimming pool, peaceful location and any issues answered quickly. Some additional information about using appliances and where to put rubbish in house information folder would have been useful. Overall a great property that we would recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully quiet, the pool a dream. The hosts are super friendly. The two dogs are very sweet, which our children especially liked. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the beaches of the area. We were about 45 minutes away from Marseille. We really enjoyed the tranquility there and would be happy to come back. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet accommodation to really relax your soul. Many thanks to the hosts for the days we were allowed to spend there.

Very happy stay! The house is well furnished, very quiet and relaxing. The pool is a real luxury, lulled by the song of cicadas. Hed is an exceptional host, welcoming and always available. Everything was perfect, a real little slice of heaven!

the accommodation is perfectly functional, well furnished and very nicely decorated, very clean, David provided us with everything we needed, even the household products were very good quality and it smelled good everywhere, super well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and pillow, very practical and clean shower and I thank David for his kindness and especially his generosity to have thought of everything even in the smallest detail, we will come back without hesitation if we have to return to Hyères 😊

The instructions were clear, which is very appreciable. The apartment is a good base for visiting the area. I would this property. The only small downside is the parking: you have to plan for a little walk if there is no space in the parking lot at the entrance of the building.

Great value for money for this rather spacious, clean and functional apartment. The location is ideal, close to beach activities, restaurants… Private parking (a real plus in a neighborhood where parking spots are expensive). Thank you Sandrine for the flexibility on my arrival schedule.

I had a great stay: great weather, sunny, not too hot yet thanks to the light wind that allowed a draft to flow throughout the apartment and almost no use of the air conditioning. The view of the port of Coudoulière and the sea was beautiful, very pleasant during meals on the balcony. If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back!

Very good stay at André's apartment, impeccable, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is very well-equipped. All within walking distance. André is very responsive to messages, very friendly, accommodating, very good communication. I didn't get a chance to meet him, it was his mom who greeted me, patient, given the delay in my arrival. I would recommend André's place, one of my best rentals on the site.
