We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

We stayed at Andreas' house for ten days and enjoyed every second! The location at the lake is quiet and beautiful. It was perfect to swim and just relax during our vacation. All in all the house looks great with it‘s swedish style and we would like to come back there!

We loved our stay at Per’s home! Our family of 5 had plenty of space for our stay for 2 weeks. The home has everything you need for cooking and feels like a cozy home. Our kids loved playing in the pool. Per and Jennie were super responsive and helpful. The home is a very short drive from Mörby Centrum where you can get all your groceries and do some shopping. You can also easily catch the subway from there into the city. Driving into the city is also easy with just a quick drive (maybe 15 minutes) to the center of Stockholm. The park down the street and the nature trails nearby were also delightful.

My family group of eight adults had a wonderful time at Christofer and Erika’s beautiful home. The location is unique with stunning views. The main house and separate guesthouses are tastefully decorated and in keeping with the style of the building. There are a number of well furnished outdoor spaces which really add to the charm. The house is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It is simply a beautiful home away from home with the added bonus of the water-side wood fired sauna . Access to Stockholm city is straightforward from one of three ferry stops on the island and you can be in the city centre in less than an hour. Christofer and Erika are very responsive hosts, nothing was too much trouble and provided us with a really memorable holiday. It was a 5⭐️experience and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time on Tramholmen. Idyllic, peaceful island living with beach and pool swimming and private paddleboarding, yet within easy access (although does require planning with the boat times from Ropsten - sl .se is your friend here) to the centre of Stockholm. Highlights for us were swimming on Sodermalm, Gronalund theme park and a day trip to Birka. The apartment is downtown Stockholm, excellent location for walking or taking the super cheap and easy public transport. It's in a beautiful old building, marble staircase or period elevator up to the third floor. Keyless entry. Inside, everything is well organized, tasteful, and sparkling clean. The small balcony is a nice feature, weather permitting. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the apartment very much. Fridge was filled with fresh yoghurt, a huge hunk of cheese, drinks. The kitchen contains everything you need. Thank you for letting us live in your home, Jonathan.

Beautiful apartment in a villa by the lake. Gorgeous setting and peaceful. About a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop which connects to the metro. Drottnigham palace is a short distance away. Homemade jam butter, flowers and fruit were nice. Highly recommend if you want to be a natural setting but well connected to Stockholm.

Underbart boende på alla sätt och vis! Patrik var väldigt hjälpsam när ni kom fram trötta på kvällen, vilket uppskattades extra mycket. Lägenheten är superfin, har allt man kan tänkas behöva och vi sov riktigt gott i de sköna sängarna med total tystnad utanför. Det var magiskt att bo såpass nära stan men ändå ha det så lugnt. Rekommenderas varmt!

Beautiful, airy, clean and stylish apartment with everything you need! Such a lovely space, where we spent a week. Really great location with the metro stop just across the road and bus stop really near too, and still walkable around Östermalm and out to Gärdet. Julia was so sweet and friendly! Sadly didn’t get to meet her but she was super responsive via text and so flexible with our check in/out, which made our stay completely stress free. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We had a great experience with this apartment. Communication with the host was prompt. The suburban neighborhood fits us just fine as it was quiet at night yet not far from the city centre. The rooms are comfortable although blackout curtains would be ideal especially for summer. Highly recommended.

Logement idéal pour visiter Stockholm, à 15 minutes du centre ville, très bien desservi par les transports (Solna station à proximité du logement). Les instructions de William étaient claires et c'est de plus un hôte très réactif. Le logement était fonctionnel et plutôt agréable. Très bon qualité-prix. Nous recommandons cet hôte et son appartement sans réserve pour un séjour découverte de Stockholm fait de visites à la journée.

Linus was erg behulpzaam en reageerde snel. De accommodatie was erg knus en schoon. Er was ook een hele mooie tuin. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en raden het zeker aan!

Bra boende, speciellt om man reser med hund med nära till skog och Mälaren. Privat fast det är en gäststuga.

Le chalet est cosy, très propre et bien équipé. C'est très calme avec le lac a deux pas. L’hôte était aussi très sympa et disponible si besoin. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour dépaysant.

This place is truly wonderful. We stayed here for a few days for our mini moon and it was perfect! We were lucky with the weather so were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the lake, a row in the boat, the sauna and relaxed on the balcony. It was peaceful and clean. We hopped on the bus to Stockholm which was super easy! The bed was extremely comfortable and the snacks in the fridge were a bonus. The place is even better than the photos! Would recommend! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay. It is conveniently located, close to Stockholm and a stone's throw from Arlanda airport. And yet the whole area is incredibly peaceful! The oldest town in Sweden, Sigtuna, can be reached by foot after a lovely walk through the forest (we saw a black woodpecker feeding its little 'uns!). The cottage itself is super comfortable. The fireplace (which we used a couple of times) makes the living room extra cosy. And of course the lake is splendid. Dawn and Joakim's floating sauna is definitely worth the extra 100 quid. We would love to come back one day!
