Beachfront vacation rentals in Soline

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Hervorragend. Ein ganz besonderes Haus für Naturliebhaber. einsam in einer Privatbucht gelegen. Man hört nur die Vögel und das Meer. Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar frischen Fisch gefangen und köstlich zubereitet. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wir haben eine Woche zusammen mit unserem Hund bei Marina verbracht. Sie hat das Mobile Home liebevoll eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Marina war immer erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Gegend/ Lage ist normalerweise für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen bestens geeignet. Leider wird diese durch die aktuelle Baustelle im hinteren Bereich des Campingplatzes und den an der Terrasse vorbeifahrenden Baufahrzeugen etwas gestört. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Наш отпуск был просто великолепен. Мы в полной мере насладились тишиной и морем.Насладились приватсферой, никакой толпы людей на пляже, кричащих и визжащих детей. Отошли от суеты и стресса,как будто побывали у психолога. Санин это отец хозяйки и его собака Лу очень хорошие. Они были рядом но мы не смотря на это мы их не замечали.Ресторан где то 10-15 минут на машине. Уверен что мы ещё не раз поедем туда отдыхать.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Ivan went above and beyond by meeting us at check-in, show us where to park and help us carry our lugging down the many steps (great daily workout!) The location and views of the house are stunning. The direct access to the beach and use of paddle board were a great way for the kids to stay busy, as were the pool & jacuzzi! We had a great time - very relaxing. Nice restaurants at a 10-15 min drive. Kitchen was fully stocked, showers had shampoo, bathroom paper etc.. We were able to relax right of the bet before having to get to a supermarket:) Great place to stay!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

Maria und Frane sind zwei großartige Menschen. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit - es war alles genau so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Super schönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool. Waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern dort und es war wirklich genial. Weit weg von allem Trubel und einen sehr hohen Standard was die Ausstattung betrifft. Klare Empfehlung!

Leider sind wir nicht in den Genuss der Unterkunft gekommen, da unsere Flüge an mehreren Tagen annulliert wurden. Trotzdem können wir von Sanja nur Gutes sagen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht klappt es ja nächstes Jahr.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mare war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem (!) und die abgeschiedene Lage direkt in einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht ist einfach nur ein Traum! Mare selbst ist sehr herzlich und eine super engagierte Gastgeberin! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Vi är så nöjda med detta boende på vår semester, vi hade en fantastisk resa och lgh hade ett bra läge och barnen älskade att bada i jacuzzin på kvällen! Rekomenderas starkt! Anita var kanon att ha att göra med!

Magnifique, mais pas parfait ! Emplacement magique. Vue à couper le souffle. Lire avec les pieds dans la mer, que demander de mieux! Grand balcon. BBQ Weber fonctionnel (assez pratique en saison basse, car peu de restaurants ouverts). Chambre principale impeccable (refait à neuf) avec douche et toilette très propres. Vue imprenable depuis la chambre principale. Hôtes très réactifs avec d'excellents conseils (merci). Bref, tout est... presque parfait. En effet, petits bémols à prendre en considération. Odeur assez forte/désagréable dans la toilette de la cuisine (qui sert aussi de deuxième chambre...). Seul moyen de la contenir est d'ouvrir les fenêtres (moins pratique avec climatisation) et ne pas utiliser la toilette (peu pratique). Cuisine bien équipée, mais plusieurs éléments (par ex. verres à vin) manquaient de propreté. Attention, beaucoup de fourmis si vous oubliez de la nourriture sur le comptoir! Ça reste un chalet extraordinaire. Un peu cher, mais fantastique en couple.

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Das Apartment 3 im 1. Stock ist riesig für 2 Personen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gute Lage direkt am Sandstrand von Jaz. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Vorsaison kann man dort einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank an die liebe Gastgeberin.

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

What can I say, my wife and I have just returned from a week at Olaf and Lana’s place. Oh my what an absolutely stunning location and apartment. Views to die for and the Adriatic literally at the bottom of the garden. Regarding the accommodation it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, bathroom and kitchen look brand new, we rarely spent any time inside we mainly sat on our patio with a brew or glass of wine enjoying the beautiful views. Our hosts were very attentive but left us alone to enjoy our holiday, Olaf always had a cheerful hello and enquired if everything was ok when he saw us. Lana was equally lovely and you could tell how much they put into the place they clearly wanted us to enjoy ourselves, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely subtle touches all around like fresh lavender on our pillows upon arrival. The apartment is light and airy and decorated just right. We were very sad we had to leave but without doubt we will return in the future 😎

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man hat einen privaten Zugang ins Meer, den man sich mit einem anderen Apartment teilt. Bernard ist super zuvorkommen und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
