We were very well received upon arrival, where the concierge staff made another parking space available, which was free at the time. The space is huge and accommodated our group very well. Everything was very clean. It was quite cold and blankets were available for everyone. The bedding and towels provided were impeccable. The location is great, close to everything. Sandra is wonderful, super kind and attentive. He gave us a lot of tips about the city, too bad we didn't have more time to enjoy everything. We love going to São Lourenço and now we have the place chosen for the next times. Thank you Sandra, for your hospitality!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and exactly matches the listing. Everything was very clean and organized, when we arrived it smelled wonderful. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get there, check-in and check-out. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed.

The location is wonderful, close to everything, restaurant, bars, pharmacy, bakery, 5 minutes from Parque das Águas.... we didn't need to take the car out of the garage, we did everything on foot!! I loved the place, I'm sure when I have the opportunity I'll stay in the apartment again!

The suite is new and the bathroom is very nice!!! Although it is a bit far from the center if you are by car access is easy and the view makes up for the distance. We had an unforeseen situation with an outfit and the host helped us promptly. I would be staying for sure!!

The apartment is great! It has all the necessary utensils, which makes us feel at home. It has a privileged view of the park, we woke up every day early and enjoyed the flock of birds. The building is quiet, with polite and courteous doormen. Communication with the host and co-host was always quick. Bed and bath linens were very clean. Enough blankets to withstand the cold. Anyway, the stay was perfect, my family loved it. When we return to São Lourenço, we intend to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for the welcome!
