Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Soisy-sous-Montmorency

Fantastic place and host. The view is as the pictures show and even better. A/C was great for us Americans in a hot Paris summer. Apartment is stocked with everything you could need and Loic was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! I know you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Essaadiya oh by the way I did get my “Paris” haircut, it looks great thanks for the referrals.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Everything we needed and didn’t know we needed was supplied. It was comfortable and felt like a home from home. The location was perfect and a short walk to a train station which gets you pretty much anywhere. The host is brilliant and went above and beyond being helpful. Recommended a full itinerary. It was a very special trip for us and Julien was instrumental in making it so.

Enjoyed our stay for a few days in Paris. Sacha was responsive and helpful. Had everything we needed!

Super verblijf gehad in het appartement van Victor. Op een leuke en centrale plek in Parijs. We hebben vrienden opgezocht die in Montmartre wonen, maar ook andere delen van Parijs verkend. Victor is een erg behulpzame host en deelt allerlei handige informatie vooraf. Instructies voor ophalen sleutel en binnenkomen appartement ook erg duidelijk. Daarnaast is Victor super vriendelijk. Wij zouden het iedereen aanbevelen!

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Toni's place. It was a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. Toni was very responsive and gave us perfect instructions for our check-in. We would recommend this apartment.

Lovely place, right opposite the train station which made travel to Saint Lazare (Paris central station) super easy. Only a 10 minute train ride! Apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Thank you to Bich and her parents for giving us such a warm welcome ♥️

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Justine. La maison est située dans un endroit très calme et très agréable. Correspondait parfaitement à la description. Quant à Justine, elle a été à l’écoute et était très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Angèle et son mari étaient très accueillant et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est extrêmement paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Le petit jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et invite à la détente. Nous recommandons vivement !

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20–30 Minuten im Herzen von Paris. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin/des Gastgebers. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, herzlich und schnell – schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt war es wunderbar, abends in diese gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft zurückzukehren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weit

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice place and host was very helpful

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
