Very nice, big and clean house. The place to eat is separate from the house, which is also convenient. The place is communicative and downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Borislav is a very welcoming host.

A new building. The host is very friendly and polite. He greeted us with a hug and saw us off. The balcony and garden were like a corner of heaven. We felt like we were in our own home.

Warm comfortable spacious home in great location. We loved our stay here. House warm, cosy and comfortable and real log fire a treat. It snowed the whole time we here but we were never cold. Location ideal for us. Visited Sofia, Plovdiv, Rila Monastery and Borovets. Also nice walk around town itself. Dimitar super helpful, very friendly. Also his parents who lived next door who able to answer all questions we had. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back one day.

The location of the house is absolutely amazing. The river anf the woods are just 2 mins from your yard. There is an amazing barbecue and an amazing garden. The communication with the host and everyone was perfect.

Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

This place is perfect for a stay in Sofia. It’s very close to all attractions and near the main boulevar. The flat was clean, comfortable and very quite despite the fact that its located in the city center. Our Host was super friendly and we would definetly choose Lyudmila’s place again!

We had an amazing time in the accommodation. The house is bigger than what is mentioned in the description. It has two bedrooms and two toilets. Also it has playstation and board games. The parents of the owner met us when checking in made us a delicious breakfast every day. The host is very fast in responding. Very beautiful view from the balcony. Amazing value for money.

Great place in the center of Sophia. lots of natural light during the day in the house, it was really nice. The Big jacuzzi bath was also a plus. Katerina was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Olive oil, salt, spices, oven paper, and so much more. Only thing I could say was the bed wasn't super comfortable, but it wasn't bad. Overall I had a great stay and would reccomend this place.

Comfortable little apartment, located in a communicative location. It is perfect for two people. Fantastico shop, pharmacy, vegetable shop are a few minutes away from the apartment. Unfortunately there are no small things like a shampoo holder, a curtain in the bathroom that doesn't get everything wet. The bathroom could use some extra cleaning as the grout was in terrible condition. Parking space can be enjoyed with the apartment at a cost of 6 BGN/day.

We had a lovely two-day stay at Sergei's place. The pool and the garden are lovely to hang out at and Sergei was super fast to respond to any questions we had.

The place matches the pictures perfectly. Great communication with the host. She also gave us some ideas for grocery shopping. Which were quiet useful. Great back yard and quiet location. A lot of space in the back yard and a good barbeque. Highly recommend,especially for famillies with kids. We were with kids and the host had left a lot of toys, small bikes and baby spinning pool in the back yard. Which we really appreciated. The house is full with everything you can need during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Irena's place! From our first communications, she was super helpful and also accommodated our larger family. We arrived late at night and it was no problem getting in with the key in the lockbox. Irena reached out with clear and precise directions in advance of our arrival and made sure to offer us suggestions for local activities and more. The house was BEAUTIFUL and completely as described. Clean and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The yard was a MAJOR highlight and our children loved every minute there in the beautiful pool, playing volleyball, and just enjoying the relaxing space. While the yard is shared with Irena's home, we felt like we had it all to ourselves and we really didn't want to leave! There was great outdoor seating, and Irena had thought of every last detail to make our stay comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our stay with 2 children aged 3 was extremely pleasant. The view is beautiful, sheep came to graze on the hillside, the pine forest and the surrounding mountains, the eco-trail, the river, all very pleasant. The kids also loved the indoor space and the private garden. Everything in Yulia's place is cozy and appropriate. She hosts with love and does everything for her guests, answering all questions with complete goodwill, fulfilling all requests within her reach. You don't see her, but it's like she's been your friend forever. Thanks for everything, Yulia.

We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!

Nelly is a very hospitable hostess. She greeted us very warmly, explained and showed us everything. It was very easy to communicate in English. Our flight was rescheduled for a day earlier, and Nelly tried to help us find accommodation for that day even before our meeting. Upon arrival at the house, we were pleasantly surprised, since in reality the estate looks even better than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean, well-kept, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Absolute silence and privacy. The clean and large pool made us very happy on hot summer days. We were two families, 5 children and 4 adults, we were perfectly accommodated, and there were still free places. I am happy to recommend Nelly's accommodation.

The garden is great, with ping pong table (incl. Rackets and balls) and trampoline - also perfect with a dog because it's fenced. The wood-heated hot tub is the highlight! The car can be parked on the property. The house itself has an indoor area that offers everything you need. The bed is cozy and everything was clean. Outside is an annex where you can stay and also cook. Wifi works flawlessly and the host is always very accessible, friendly and flexible so we were able to spontaneously extend our stay:) the property is located in a village, it is very quiet, the road is little busy and sometimes pedestrians, street dogs and horses pass by.

Here’s a review for you: We had an excellent stay at this property! The house is incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat. It’s also large, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The property is in the final stages of a large-scale renovation, and you can tell it’s going to be absolutely stunning once completed. Even with the ongoing work, we had everything we needed for a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
