Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We felt like home, the place is quiet, easy to find and reach by car, everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, cafes, parks, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The host is primitive and always answered our requirements, we can't wait to come back!

Great location, 3 minutes from the subway, very central. A fairytale house with a charming rose garden.

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city. It has a large terrace where you can stay. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

Really quiet, we all slept well. 10 mins walk to the centre of Sofia and a good price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Rosina was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clear check in instructions, very spacious and the back yard was great for our big family’s gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Our first visit to Sofia was wonderful. Our host Paolina was always responsive, accommodating a change in flights, arranging a trip out of the city and booking a restaurant. She was always amazingly responsive and super-friendly (I hope we did not bother her too much). The apartment is very central - within five minutes walk of the central Metro, in a quiet, leafy street. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and the balcony a small oasis of calm and pleasure. We cannot recommend Paolina and the apartment too highly for convenience, welcome, and value for money.

I recommend the place. Everything was exactly as described. It's a really great view. Easy communication with the hosts. Easy to find place. There's a pizzeria nearby, Vetrilo, which I recommend.

It was the first time I was a guest in Stilian's unit and I was very pleased! The neighborhood and street are calm, and there is a great green park "St. Nicolas. Metro station "Opalchenska" is located at 6-7 minutes walking distance and from there getting to anywhere in the city is quick and convenient. The building is new and the access to the apartment makes you feel secure and relaxed. It was clean and tidy in the unit and the amenities were accurate to the description. I would love to visit Stilian again on a next trip to Sofia! I recommend!!!

Good location and spacious home near old town area. Parking is about 10 min walk from Airbnb. Host is fast to respond and helpful in finding nearby areas to eat. Did have some minor AC issues but host was willing to swing by and address this. Overall would stay here again

Great apartment right near Vitosha Boulevard, on a lively street but apartment was extremely peaceful and quiet. Inside was beautiful interior with a standout marble-top dining table, beautiful large bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Highly recommend!

Georgi’s airbnb is a magical space. As I am a fan of style from the Soviet era, the apartment was very fun for me. The turntable was ready for me to play a fantastic LP from mid century Bulgaria. Yet beyond the gorgeous style, the apartment is also incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. And Georgi is a very kind and respectful host. The apartment is located in an older part of the city which has developed a bohemian, hip culture. Many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A fun and safe area. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Kristina’s place was perfect for me. It’s an amazing space with all the amenities I needed for my 3 week stay. The balcony is the icing on the cake! The neighborhood is safe and very well connected with the city and for me when traveling to work on public transport. I had a great stay, and highly recommend this place and Kristina. Her warmth and communication are first class!

The apartment was lovely, even better than we thought from the photos. Beds comfortable, curtains that shut out the light, very spacious and fab location. There are over 100 steps to get to it, they're nice and even but this might put some off but I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends.

There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. The house was beautiful and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The environment was cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed us to rest well after work days. My boyfriend and I were here for work and we had a really good time. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience even more positive.
