Very nice house for rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

Fully equiped kitchen which also has a fireplace. The entrance is shared with the hosts, who live downstairs. You dispose the whole upper floor yourselves. The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

Borrow bikes and reach the beach in 10 min, or stop by Stockholm's coziest eateries with sweets, waffles and pizza in minutes. The cottage is small but charming and has two outdoor sunny terraces. The cottage is a guesthouse on our garden, but detached from the main house. Car to Stockholm central: 40 min/commute: 50 min.

Centrally located, 750m to Gnesta center. Quiet street. Secluded garden bordering the forest with big wooden deck. At cycling distance there are many nice swimming lakes. Great starting point for hikes along Sörmlandsleden. Trains to Stockholm take 37min. Commuter train to Stockholm Central takes 1 hour. The house has two apartments that share hall and garden, but no one is at home in the second apartment during stay. So you will have the entire place to yourselves.

This renovated (2025) holiday home slightly outside the town of Mölnbo (Sörmland) shines with its wonderful view of Lake Långsjön and its secluded location without direct neighbors. Nevertheless, you are only about 40 minutes away by car (60 minutes by commuter train) from Sweden's capital Stockholm, which thus offers itself excellently as an excursion destination.<br><br>The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with four beds as well as a single sleeper couch.
